I love my vacuum cleaner. I did own other costly name vacuum cleaner and did not did the job that I was expecting for what I pay. I did my research and this vacuum cleaner came in the top. Since I have pets, I vacuum three times at day! at least and does the job. I have this product for over a year and so far, it sound like I just got it!

Certainly performs its function very well. The attachments it comes with is very good for vacuuming upholstery and it gets all the pet hair out of the carpet. Only thing it does not do particularly well is hard floor vacuuming.

... which is what you buy a vacuum for, right? We've used it ~4 or 5 times, and the cord retractor is already a little temperamental. The sound it makes when the brush is engaged has changed, like the belt is not wearing evenly. It seems to be cleaning well, so I'm trying to fair in my assessment.

This vacuum really cleans...the downside is, it's a truly dirty job to empty. However, it picks up my German Shepgerd. Dog hair amazingly well and that's why I bought it I. The first place.

Great vacuum but need a bit more power and a long cable for the walls and also they need to fix the retractable mechanism in the vacuum it could be better but all around still a good vac

I bought based on reviews and on sale. Works very well and I have used it on bare floor, rugs and car using hose extension. Good cleaning on rug and floor. It has great suction power. The extension crevice tool has a smaller opening than others I have used that I first thought was annoying, but its nice to have small nozzle when getting into cracks in the car seats and car floor. The turbo furniture brush has hard beater fins rather than bristles. This did not seem to get hair out of the car carpeting as well as bristled beater brush I have used in the past. The vacuum is a bit heavier than I was hoping.

I only have two faults with this vacuum. The first being the hose is way short for reaching hard to reach places. The second is that it does not have a way to blow air out. I got this as an interim vacuum while I get my Rainbow vacuum fixed. It is serving it's purpose and works very well.

This hoover is replacing eureka pet vaccum that I purchased from best buy about three years ago. The euerka claim how good suction and pick up it was and i will admitt it did a good job. This hoover blows that vacuum out of the water. I could not believe all the extra dust, hair, and dirt that the hoover picked up that the eureka missed. I ran the hoover just days after euerka broke and it was like it was never done. All the extra bells makes this vacuum amazing esp the automatic cord rewind. Only negative thing I could list is its heavy, at least 4 more pounds than my last vacuum but maybe cause it will last longer and better build.

This vacuum is great it! It sucks up everything so be careful around cords... Sucked up a few and even snapped one. Only flaw is the filter gets dirty quickly and u have to rinse it off to clean it then wait 24 hours before using it again. I wipe it off with a napkin if I haven't finished vacuuming and that seems to do the trick.

If you want a vacuum made especially for pet hair then this is the vacuum for you this thing is amazing it's powerful it's quiet it's light and it works I am very happy with my purchase

I can’t believe how much dirt this vacuum gets up. We vacuumed with our 5 year old vacuum and thought it was cleaning pretty good until this one came along. I swear we are sucking dirt from China. This vaccum has such a strong suction that we have to hold our rug when we clean it.

This is a good vacuum for the price. It's a little heavy to use on the stairs but overall I like it. It picks up most of the pet hair. I really like the attachments.

I like this vacuum cleaner because when things get dirty, all I have to do is turn it on and let it start sucking. It sucks like a pro. The hose attachment sucks really good too and it fits in tight places you wouldn't expect it to.

I've owned this vacuum for just over a month. We have two long-haired pets, and this does a great job at picking up the pet hair on both carpet and hardwood floors. Very easy to switch to the attachment and use nozzles to clean tight corners. My previous vacuum was an Oreck that required a bag. I love this vacuum because it is bagless and very easy to complain. My ONLY complaint is that the suction on the nozzle seems to have lost a bit of its power after using the carpet attachment on my stairs several times. Otherwise, I've been pleased with this purchase.

So far so good. Seems to clean better than any other vacuum that we've had. Only one small complaint is that it seems a little heavier and a little harder to maneuver. Other than that we like the performance.

Works very well and love retractable cord!!! Easy to clean. Suction hose is clear, so you can easily see if it gets clogged! Nice floor height settings... Even one for hard surface like wood floors, etc.

Bought this to replace an older unit. We were somewhat cautious as the comments were all over the place. We took a chance on this unit and we love it. Our 5 year old even loves to help with the vacuuming.. only bad thing was we saw how much our old machine was leaving behind! YUCK!!!

Good suction and picks up cat hair well. It's s little heavier then I would like not overall a good vacuum for the price. I like the retractable cord too!

I previously had the WindTunnel 2, it stopped working all of a sudden after 8 months, no clue what went wrong so I got it exchanged under the Geek Squad warranty. Straight off the bat, this one is more powerful and easier to operate, the cleaning compartment is much easier to remove and clean and the additional option of letting the brush at the front move or not is hugely advantageous, here's to hoping this one wouldn't break down as easily. But overall, this is much better than the previous two Vacuum cleaners I had, the WindTunnel 2 and the Dirt Devil.

I was primarily interested in a vacuum for a long-haired dog home. When two folks spontaneously suggested this model from Hoover, I searched the internet and Consumer Reports. All reports have been consistently positive against all of the competition. Now for the test of time.......
