I was skeptical based on some reviews about motor burning up. I have had no problems at all. I believe that those who have had the motor burn up have not watched the green to red monitor on the top of the canister. When it starts getting red clean the upper filter. Simple really, if it can't get air it can't cool the motor. This machine pulled so much dust and lint out of a "cleaned" carpet that I had to clean out the canister and filter twice for each quarter of the bedroom carpet. I have regularly vacuumed with this machine since that time and it works great.

This model Hoover was sued by Dyson for design aspects stolen from them it vacuums up a ton more then average vacuum at this price point. The one drawback is the cord return. I had to replace one unit over it's failed cord return. Helps a lot with allergies.

Works just fine !!! I got on sale a super price !!! Only one real draw-back on this vac. It might weight to much for some people....

Used this vacuum several times now with great success. Only issue was it seemed to be a little difficult to use on tile floor(seemed to have such high suction). I have sinced adjusted the height a little higher and it works great

This is what we totally were looking for. It is a model that takes care of all of our needs. We have had the Wind Tunnel Hoovers before, and our old one lasted 7-8 years as our main unit and is still being used as a back-up vacuum. The value, reputation and durability is there.

Easy to use. Sucks up pet hair with easy. Attachments are handy. Works well on hard floors as well as carpet.

Have used the Hoover Windtunnel 3 only a few times, but it seems to work well. The one issue I've come across is that the lever for turning the brush roller on/off is counter-intuitive. It took me awhile to realize that pressing the brush lever down turned the brush off. Looking at the machine, it would seem that when the lever is down, the brush is down/on. But, no, it's off. So, I was vacuuming my carpet without the brush and was wondering why the vacuum wasn't fluffing the fibers. (I had even read the entire manual before I used the machine.) Once I got that corrected, the machine worked well at raising the carpet fibers. The other thing about this machine is that the suction is so powerful that it will "glue" itself to the floor if you have it on the lowest setting.

We needed a set up and go vacuum and that is exactly what we got. We wanted something that was low maintenance and easy to use. All we have to do is pull this thing out and put it to work. It is perfect for our needs and does a great job on carpets.

I've had this vacuum for almost a year now and all I can say it's that it has been very reliable. Easy to use and clean and for the price it's excellent! If you need an affordable and reliable vacuum look no further.

I love this vacuum. It has great power and the Hepa filter seems to really work. We have 2 cats and my honey has allergies so we need a GREAT vacuum and this one definitely qualifies.

This was a great low price given how well it works. It's held up extremely well so far with no issues. Very strong suction and nice attachments.

This vacuum does what it says it will do and the only reason I did not give it a 5 is the weight. It is a little difficult to push and pull no matter where one puts the height setting . .otherwise it does the job.

Got a puppy a few months ago that sheds non-stop. We have an expensive vacuum from a competitor that we didn’t realize how poorly it worked until we gave this Hoover a try. Best dollar for dollar purchase made in a while and very pleased!

I was in the market for a full size vacuum that was pet equipped. I normally buy a Bissell but this model had better attachments & features. I vacuumed the whole house and was not disappointed. I especially like the size of the canister.

Performs well, though it is a bit heavy wouldn't recommend it for someone who might have trouble pushing and pulling 20lbs. Works great though.

We have had a Kirby for years and it is just too heavy for us to handle now that we are in our 70's! The Hoover is lightweight and easy to handle! And it has such great suction. We must empty it every time we use it. The Kirby definitely was not doing a good job!

We love our new vacuum. All the attachments and the way it gets up the cat hair is awesome. Easy to use, clean, looks nice too. Would definitely recommend this product.

This vacuum has very good suction right to the edges. The pet paw works great on the stairs. It also is reasonably light, making it easy to go up and down stairs.

Bought this for my sister. She's got a dog and her last vacuum to a dive on her. She says it does a great job on the dog hair and dust. It doesn't clean as deeply into carpet as my Dyson but for half the cost thats not too shabby.

I’ve only used this vacuum a couple of times but so far it’s working really well. Picks up a lot of dog hair and makes the carpet look nice and clean!
