This vacuum really does go deep into the carpet. When ever I am done vacuuming there is always a pile of dust in the holder. As for pet hair the tools that it comes with are perfect, they are really easy to use. The only down side is that it's a little on the heavy side. Other than that it is an outstanding product.

I don't know much about vacuums other than they're a pain to have. They're messy, they're loud, they're a pain to clean, and they just look like a lot of work. I got the Hoover - WindTunnel 3 Pro Pet HEPA Bagless Upright Vacuum because, well, it looks cool. :-) It's like a little robot that I want to use. It has a retractable cord, all these nifty accessories, and it's bagless. Seriously, with one push of a button you can empty it out with ease. Although I don't own a pet, I got the Pet version because just in case I get one. I mean, who knows right? Plus, according to the reviews I read online - it's supposed to be better. So far, no complaints whatsoever. It was an excellent buy!

I had an earlier version of this vacuum for several years. It finally starting to give out on me so I decided to try this new one. It works so much better. I cannot believe the amount of cat hair I get out of my rugs.

This vacuum is way better then I thought it was going to be. It does the job way better than my old one.

This vacuum works great on pet hair. Had a similar vacuum but this one is much better.

Great sucking power. We have wood floors, carpet, and rugs and it works great on all 3. Plus the handheld attachment with its own spinning brush-like mechanism is great at removing dog hair on furniture, steps, and in the car. It's hard to find a good vacuum when you have dogs. I sunbelt recommend this one.

We are still figuring out all the features. However, it does an amazing job suckling up our lab's fur!! Great price.

Powerful, great suction but sometimes too much. I would have preferred a bagged vacuum but . . I find bagless dusty & dirty to empty, was hoping this one was going to be different, not. If you have pets, great vacuum if you don't mind the mess of emptying it & cleaning the filter.

This vacuum does a good job of lifting dirt and making carpet feel fluffy and new. But it is hard to push and pull, kinda heavy. I had a a Dyson for years and never realized you really do get what you pay for. This vacuums attachments on the wand never seem to stay together well. Not good for stairs. Fine on hardwood, tile and carpet....just a little heavy.

If you're looking for a quality vaccum at a reasonable let price, this vaccum is your best bet. It's light easy to empty the dirt & dust canister. The filter is washable and doesn't have to be replaced like other vaccums that use paper filters and bags. The vaccum also has a foot press button to turn the rotary brushes on and off. GREAT BUY!!!

This does a great job getting all those pesky fur bunnies from under the furniture. The attatchments are very nice for cleaning our couch. We have two German shepherds so vacuuming the couch is a must. It does a fantastic job, just make sure to empty the tank every use to keep it at its best performance.

Great sweeper. Not only picks up great but also helps eliminate the Oder with animals. Really pleased

New vacuum pulled dirt out of the carpet that our old Bissel was leaving behind.

We currently have two dogs, two cats, a hamster, and a desert tortoise. A high quality vacuum is needed in a house like ours. This vacuum is heavy duty and includes several attachments that take care of our hair issues. My favorite attachment is the new extender that cleans the baseboards real quick.

The retractable cord is great. The power it has really cleans our carpets and tiles well. I recommend this vacuum.

Picks up everything including stubborn pet hair. My carpet looks much better than my old windtunnel

So far, very happy with this Vacuum! Love the retractable cord feature! Works great! Only complaint is the edging attachment used to vacuum between the wall and carpet seems oddly designed, more of a squared off wand vs. a skinny flat blade type attachment. Vacuum was on sale and reasonably priced. I would recommend this vacuum!

Not a fan of bag less vacuums but when emptying you do get less dirty. It would be nice if they made something to pull the hair out from around the filter. And it did get clogged up once at the base of the hose. Over all performance is very good.
