Our old vacuum was on it's last leg. I wanted to find something that worked well without breaking the bank. Found this one on line and the reviews were fabulous. It was not too pricey so I tried it. I LOVE IT!!! I cannot believe how much dirt the old vac was leaving behind. It is amazing. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a great vacuum without the big price tag.

The Hoover WindTunnel 3 works great on both carpet and hardwood floors. I frequently use it in a home with several people and two cats

Works well on all surfaces but if you have dogs (we have three) it works better on carpet than on the hard wood. Overall great value for the money as I bought this to replace a Dyson Animal that was over 10 years old and had broken. It is not a Dyson but for the money well worth it.

works great and easy to use. plenty of suction in both modes. The only thing missing is soft brush for the extension wand. It can be hard to push in thicker rugs but its light for carrying. I'm worried abut the quality of the extension hose but so far so good after a couple of months

Vacuum works great with pet hair and the pet hair attachment for furniture works great also.

Going from a 12 year old canister vacuum to this new WindTunnel 3 Pro Pet HEPA was just amazing. The amount of dirt and dog hair the new vacuum sucked up compared to the old vacuum was just astounding. It's been a few weeks and each week there is less dirt in the carpet. Summers coming and that will mean more dust so hopefully this vacuum will keep up with our dogs...

Works great. Picks up nicely. Light weight. Attachments are a plus.

After thorough research of comparable products this one seemed to offer the best value and to date has lived up to expectations.

I had looked at various vacuums for sometime and I found this Hoover had everything I wanted and Best Buy sweetened the deal with a great price. I do not regret or second guess this purchase one bit. It has plenty of power, it is not deafen you when you work with it I love the cord that rewinds itself! Plus I have no more nasty vacuum bag to struggle over. I am very happy with my purchase.

Strong suction power and easy to change from floor to attachments.

The vacuum performs well, going through my carpet without any difficulty, cleaning very well. The only problem is at the floor level. It is so low that it is very difficult to push at the lower levels, even on tile floor. I have to raise it up to clean the hard floors which basically makes the lower level settings worthless.

Great vacuum for the money. Turbo brush isn't the greatest, seems to slow down on furniture. Other upholstery brush works well.

Have it for only a few weeks, used it a few times, so far it works well. Used it on both low and high pile carpets, it did well.

bought this to replace an old upright that went out on us. great machine for the price. i like the looks of it as well. we don't have any pets, but i do have 3 small children(what's the difference, right?). works great! the only issue is that the cord can be a little finicky going back in. not a big deal, really.

I love the retractable cord and pedsl thst turns roller brush on/off. This vacuum has only been used a few times but I love it.

I have never used a vacuum without bag. I was expecting it to be very dusty and hard to clean the tube. I was wrong, it cleans out very easily

I love the ease of setting it up out of the box, and the quality of the suction since I have been using it. The dirt indicator is nice, you can see quickly when the machine needs maintenance. The price point was good too.

So far so good, no issues at all. We have dog who sheds a lot and it picks up hairs great. Could be better on hard floor so giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

No issues so far! Very efficient in handling and sucking dirt on all kinds of surfaces. I like the sleek design and happy how it performs. I will definitely recommend this to anyone and will surely stick to this brand from this point forward.
