I got this machine based on its reviews for pet hair clean up in carpets. I give it 5 stars for that. However, trying to clean bare floors is almost impossible! There is over an inch gap between the beater bar and the wall which leaves a lot of debris behind. My house has old wooden floors and there are gaps between the boards. As much suction as this machine has, it still leaves those gaps full of dirt and dog hair. I tried using the attachments on the hose to get it out. Due to that hose coiling up, and the extension only being two feet long, I had to resort to sitting on the floor and sucking out each crack! I have a pretty big kitchen!! I will also say the hose and extensions dont really help for anything up high. Again, the hose retracts and the extensions aren't nearly long enough. Another negative is the lack of a soft bristled brush for the end of the ext. Yes, you get the pet hair one, but that doesnt help in hard to reach corners in the house. Its also not good for hard surfaces. I have also tried to clean my camper with it and found that to be almost impossible due to all of the things mentioned above. I would recommend this to people who only have carpets, no small spaces and have no major need for the accessories.

I hate vacuuming. However, this vacuum makes it easy and safe to go from hardwood to carpet...all at the turn of a button. It is amazing how much it picks up from hardwood. Furry cats are not a match for the vacuum. I was amazed at the amount of hair and dust it picks up.

Not my favorite vacuum ever, but it really works effectively on all the stuff my kid drops on the floor while I'm busy doing things like Pinterest and Home Shopping Network. It can tackle some pretty tough jobs and is very user friendly.

This is great vacuum that gets all the pet hair up without difficulty. Minus 1 star because of its weight. Wish it were a tad lighter or had a drive mode when vacuuming like the Kirby. Well worth the sale price I got it for. Wouldn't pay full price

Love it! Works great with all my animals. I actually believe it is picking up old dirt that had settled on the sub floors under the carpet! And I love cleaning it after every use. So easy and looks new when I get done!

Replaced my old Bissell with this Hoover WindTunnel 3 Pro Pet Bagless Vacuum and I sure am happy. This Hoover has powerful suction, useful tools, and is great at picking up pet hair. It is a little on the heavy side but still lighter then my previous vacuum. Plus got it at a good price with Best Buy's price match of Amazon.

This vacuum picks up cat hair from a microfiber couch with ease. My Dyson didn't work as well as this one! I will say my Dyson had more attachments and the wand was easier to use but I'm more satisfied with the Hoover. MEGA SUCKAGE POWER!!!

The wife and I have 2 dogs, one being a Samoyed (very furry), so we needed a vacuum that would do well with dog hair. This vacuum so far has been tremendous. It has had zero problems sucking up the dirt and hair off of our floor. For the price, it is a fantastic vacuum.

I have a very furry dog at home and we go through vacuums like crazy. The vacuum was easy to assemble and on the first use it pulled a lot of dirt out of our area rug. It was easy to clean afterwards too so it's getting a thumb's up.

Excellent power for removing dog hair from all surfaces. Very lightweight and easy to maneuver. Canister and filter trap dirt, pollen and hair efficiently and are very easy to clean. Great value!

Very powerful (gets cat hair out of carpet easily) and easy to use. Easy to assemble as well. Wish it was cordless and it leaves lines all over the floor with one of the options down but, it leaves our apartment looking clean!

I am quite pleased with my Hoover WT3 Pro HEPA Bagless Upright Vacuum. It removes dirt and debris effectively. It is also very powerful in regards to suction. I am very happy with the attachments for removing pet hair from furniture. I love the bag less system, no more buying bag. It is very easy to remove and empty as well as removing the filter and cleaning the filter. The best part that I was excited from an ergonomic stand point. I no longer have to unwind the cord and rewind it after use. Now I just pull the cord out and when I'm done just use the foot pedal for automatic rewind.

This vacuum does pick up well. You just have to adjust it correctly for the carpet height. It is indeed a heavy piece of machinery so I get tired quickly but it does a great job. Very pleased

So glad I bought this. The other reviews were positive, but noticed a lot of cautions about it being so heavy. I don’t think it is heavy, as much as the suction is so good it’s difficult to push at times. Love it!!!

We purchased this vacuum about a month ago and have nothing but praise for its performance. The only complaint (if I had to give one) is that it is a bit loud, but the performance is awesome. Using our old Eureka, we didn't realize just how dirty our carpets were, but upon using this the quickly filling bin made it quite clear what we had been missing. We also got this on sale, so that's a double positive, however in hindsight we would happily have paid full price.

I had been using a cordless vacuum. When I did half the living room, I couldn’t believe the amount of dog hair that was picked up. I had to empty the holder. It’s just a little heavy but I love it.

I bought this vacuum when it was on sale for $160 and a week later it was on sale for $80. Thankful that Best Buy honored the sale price because this vacuum wasn’t worth $160. Overall it has great suction power, but it is very noisy, the knob to adjust height does not want to turn easily, and the hose is not very long. I would recommend this to a friend for the $80 sale price, but not for more than that.

I previously owned the Hoover Windtunnel 2 Pet Upright and was very pleased with its performance. The model 3 is very effective at pulling pet hair out of carpet. It's light and easy to maneuver. I think a great selling point are the cleaning tool attachments: they are easy to use and effective. I suggest you take time to clean the unit thoroughly every month or so to maintain its strong suction. It's a great value with strong performance.

This is quiet heavy however has wheels for easy transport. Works well, however the belt burns out like any other vacuum if its struck. Best vacuum to clean carpets.

This is my first vacuum so I can’t really compare but I’ll tell you what. I have no complaints. This thing is pretty awesome and easy to use. It is a bit heavy but it doesn’t bother me.
