Paid over $500 for a more expensive name brand and never lasted a year, worst part parts unavailable at the time to repair. So bought this Hoover for less than $100.00 at the time and not only out preforms samsung but still working. Highly recommend this unit for it actually works and won't break your budget.

I no longer buy expensive vacuums. They breakdown just as fast as the <$200 models and you have to take it to someone to get it fixed. this Hoover works great and you can order parts online and fix it yourself if need be. My son took my last one when he moved out. It's 7 years old and still running.

I had to return the previous vacuum and this slight upgrade was available. I do like that turning the knob from rug/carpet to floor is much easier. I also like that the hose automatically switches and I don't have to turn a lever. Works as it should for now.

It’s a great vacuum! I like that it doesnt have a lot of attachments that I will lose over the years!

replaced an older hoover that gave out, disappointed it does not have an extremely long cord reason for 4 starts my old one did nice to plug in once and clean every room but decent size. this works like all the hoovers i purchased so far as expected.

Great suction, only downfall is the dirt cylinder is really small!!! Needs to be emptied quit often and the filter needs to be cleaned just as often. I don't mess with the retractable cord portion, I just wrap it up around the top.

Great vacuum for the price. It is lightweight, but works very well on both carpet and tile. The tools are useful and conveniently placed. We also like the feature of the hose snapping in, as it does not become loose like some other vacuums. The auto cord return is also convenient.

I like how the cord winds itself back up. I just hope that doesn't break sometime in the future

2 Adults, 2 kids and 1 big dog with white hair. This is a great vacuum handles all of that. I've had both a Dyson and top of the line Kenmore vacuums. I prefer this one over the Kenmore for it's ability to get the job done and I would put it very close to the Dyson but for a lot less money. Just buy it, you won't be disappointed.

I'm really happy with the purchase. It does the job I need it to do. I have a large dog and it provides more then enough suction to handle his hair. My only complaint would be that the cord return could be a little better but overall I'd purchase it again.

We had a Bissell that literally sucked when it came to picking up dog hair or pretty much anything. This vacuum is by far the best one I've ever owned. Almost as good as the Kirby my parents had when I was younger. Only drawback is that it is a bit heavy but the cleaning power is where it's at.

Love my stainless steel Maytag dishwasher! The inside is also stainless steel! Quiet operation!

Probably one of the best vacuums I've owned. Wish it was better on the floors.
