Posted .Hi cooperpuggle! Your WindTunnel should not be hard to push. If this is the case, it would be indicative of an improper height adjustment level which will cause the brushes to sit really low on the carpet. If the brushes are sitting to low, this can cause strain on the belt causing it to break. Try adjusting the level to medium so it's a little easier on the arms.
