Customer Service did NOT offer a viable solution other than saying that I have to the vacuum cleaner into the store to receive a price adjustment or full refund. Why would you inconvenience a customer over something that was completely out of their control & caused by a warehouse mixup? The vacuum cleaner itself works well. Powerful suction and easy to change carpet pile settings. The vacuum cleaner does NOT have lights on it. That was an oversight on my part. If I would have known it, I would not have purchased this particular model. Dirt accumulates around hose at the bottom of the vacuum cleaner like it has some type of air leak.

But it didn’t do as well on the flat area rugs. It’s a little heavy, but fine for our housekeeper (more difficult mor me because I’m 74!)

This one works just as well. I like the easy to clean cannister and that the hose is clear and not black which makes it easier to see if there is something clogging your hose.
