Im not sure if it’s the one we got or an overall issue but it doesn’t zipper close easily. It takes two people to do. Sometimes we get frustrated and only half zip and hope for the best. I would have exchanged it but the the Quarantine started and it seemed too much effort. Hoverboard is way to heavy for my girl to carry down stairs and such so As I said great concept. But they needed to leave about an inch or two Of material to close It easier. Shipping was easy peasy. Best buy is pretty great.

Does a great job of protecting our hoverboard

Seems pretty sturdy but we havent done a lot of carrying. I would definitely recommend

The charging port was not securely put in so now it hangs out/ but works. Overall a nice board,maybe our was a assembly fluke.
