Great laptop at a decent price. While Windows 10 S Mode is not fully feasible in my case, it was easy to take it out of this mode to allow for downloads of non-Windows Store apps. The camera isn't the best quality, but it is serviceable. The specs on this product page indicate it has an Ethernet port, but it does not. I ordered a USB-Ethernet adapter and that works just fine.

This computer was purchased solely because my gf needed to take a test and the chrome book that we purchased for her didn’t support the software needed for her to complete her online schooling or what have you. It’s a more than capable laptop and it was affordable.

I needed a laptop for my daughter to use for online school and for me to use for work. I didnt want to spend alot. I didnt want a chrome book. This was on sale with the student discount at a good price. Very easy to set up. I had to turn off S mode to download chrome and download nortons utilities. Very wasy to do. Laptop is light, easy to use & seet up

This little laptop is better than expected. Really like it. Easy to set up. WIFI works great. This is my first PC, as I am a Mac person for since beginning of Macs, but I needed something to run PC apps for my telescopes. Screen resolution is not bad, could be better, and the camera could be much better. Overall I like it and the price is pretty good. Luckily my son is a PC guy and helped me to get it out of S mode and rid some of the other Microsoft things installed that needed to be turned off, etc.

i bought this for my 2nd grade child for remote learning. She finds it easy to navigate and is able to do all of her work on this. The only issue i had was that i had to remove some sort of security on this so that she can use ZOOM which i found kind of ridiculous but whatever. price and performance for the price can't be beat otherwise

The overall performance of this laptop is good. However, I was not of the understanding that "s mode" bound me to only microsoft products. Therefore, the Trend Security that comes with this product would not download as anything else I tried to download. It was really frustrating when I tried to chat with the "geek squad" and was asked to download a file to do so. It didn't work. I received no help from the customer service personnel. I was told I had to make an appointment in the store to remove s mode. They couldn't even tell me what printer I could buy to use with this laptop as my printer says "driver unavailable" when I connect it. So trying to receive customer service for this product was and still is extremely frustrating as the problem is still outstanding.

Pros: Amazing value, fast processor, great battery life Cons: Screen is washed out, low resolution, barely usable For my purposes, I just needed a value laptop that could run webex meetings which is does great. Its got great IO ports and for $250 cant be beat in performance. Way better then a Intel N4000 cpu (google benchmarks). If you need something you look at all day, the screen is washed out and has no contrast what so ever. But for a budget laptop, I think its great.

I bought this laptop,cause I need one asap,but for the price I think is awsome and its not heavy and not to big or small,over all I recomend this laptop for anyone that doesn't want to spend alot of money for a laptop,its's affordable.

So far it goes laptop for my daughter for Christmas that super high-end but for the money it was hard to beat. It is faster than I thought it would be she can play all of her roadblocks games. She’s happy so I am happy

I purchased this laptop for my niece to use for college. She's been using it for about 6 months now and is quite happy with it. It's the perfect size to pop into a backpack or large purse, and isn't too heavy. Ideal machine for a college student. My only complaint is the battery life could be better.

Great product! Very easily set up! Very comfortable to go anywhere. I love having an internal hard drive and not always relying on the cloud to retrieve my files or information. Great value for the $!!

I Purchase this computer for school and so far I have no complaints. The size is perfect for me because I was looking for a computer that would fit perfectly in my backpack. It is also light and that is another reason why I love it,oh and the price was also good. I recommend giving this computer a try.

I got this computer for an older relative who was on a strict budget, and I must admit, I wasn't expecting much. But I was wrong. This laptop is more than adequate for internet surfing, e-mail and YouTube videos. Fast, excellent screen, and plenty of storage. I wouldn't select it for my position as an I.T. professional, but for the average home user, this unit gives excellent bang for the buck. The only thing I would point out is that of the box, it's configured to run Windows S, which is locked-down to only allow Microsoft applications. It's a simple process to change to Windows Home at no charge, which is a free upgrade (Windows Key -> System -> Change Product Key -> Go to Store). I strongly recommend doing that immediately after the initial setup (which Windows walks you through upon first power-on). All in all, a strong recommendation.

This a great laptop for college students especially for the price. Very fast response and screen size is perfect. This light weight laptop is easy to carry anywhere for quick access when needed. Battery last hours after a full charge.

Works fine for what I need it for. It has it's short comings but that is to be expected for the money and the size. Again, works for what I need it for.

Good price , easy to use , light easy to carry around , HDMI port used often , reliable. perfect for my senior high school student and my college student. My purchase intention for my childern school work only. Note , if you require more storage , external hard drive is all you need.
