Needed a laptop fr school that was efficient and easy to use. This is perfect and is exactly what I was looking for. Love the color as well.

Overall it’s a good laptop for schoolwork. I do get frustrated because it is super slow. Not sure if it’s just my anxiety or what but it is very slow. The laptop updated right before my exam and took forever to restart and load back up. Once it fully loaded took another 15 minutes to get into the lockdown browser so I could take my exam. Other than that it’s fine. Make sure your updates are in before anything important

Beautiful color, nice sleek design, not real heavy like some others, easy keys( just tap lightly & it’s smooth sailing)! I just paid this off in full. Merry Christmas to me!! Oh & can’t forget to thank Best Buy for this awesome laptop!

LOVE< LOVE< LOVE! MY MICROSOFT SURFACE BROKE ON ME AND I PICKED UP THIS COMPUTER FROM ONE OF THE DAILY DEALS. I WAS SPECTICAL IN THE BEGINING BUT SO FAR IT HAS DONE ITS JOB. AND WELL, INDEED. THE PROCESSOR IS A BIT SLOW, SCREEN IS A LITTLE DIMMER THAN I WOULD PERFER (EVEN WHEN ITS ON FULL COMPASITY), IT KINDA FREEZES TIME TO TIME WHERE I CAN'T CLICK THE MOUSE PAD. OTHER THAN THOSE SMALL HICCUPS; I WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT FOR ANY BEGINNER ADULT OR YOUNG STUDENT.

This computer is slow on start up. It lags, nothing wants to show up, it freezes in applications and the only thing that works is the exit button. I purchased this for college because i wanted something cheaper than a macbook air that also didnt have a loud fan. I will never ever touch another cheap HP laptop again. I have no idea why these lemon laptops are still being sold. Just spend the money on the cheapest macbook air available, it is SILENT, fast, and more reliable for college (unless u have access other softwares than purchase a higher priced windows laptop and deal with the loud fan). This will be returned first thing in the morning. I am glad i kept my macbook to compare to this.
