He pretty much jumped right on it after our daughter set it up for him and uses it daily. Occasionally he loses the internet and can’t figure out how to get back on. Our 12 year old grandson gets him right back on!. He has 2 or 3 apps he uses. Pinterest for one. He loves the wood crafts. It’s a great way for an 81 year old man to entertain himself when he is not well enough to get into his workshop.

Very nice Chromebook and great value at this price point. Decent screen, sound and functions. Long battery life and my daughter is very happy with it. Perfect for school work or light home use. No performance issues to report and very easy setup right out of the box.

Great basic laptop for kids doing online school

This was a great balance of the features we wanted: a larger touchscreen and the right specs for a good overall value. It's great that they can use the built in webcam and microphone, plug in headphones, and draw or write on the touch screen. Chrome OS takes a little getting used to but this machine handles the web programs they need for school.
