HP Laptop
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my computer but I’m a little disappointed in customer support. I have yet to download my Windows 10 and I was told I had to make an appointment to either come in the store or have someone come to my home and I told the lady over the phone that I wasn’t coming in the in the store and no one was coming to my home at the time I was sick and didn’t feel like it was a safe thing to do so I wasn’t able to download my windows 10 because she wasn’t able to help me over the phone.

Great Laptop... until the screen stopped working
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Chromebook was easy to setup. The laptop had the right power and processor speed needed to search the internet. After about an hour of use the screen went blank and it couldn’t be turned on again. We could hear the audio but no more picture. Returned the chromebook and just recently bought a new laptop. Wanted to try something new but didn’t work out for us.
