I love my new Chromebook! I bought it primarily for web browsing, but it's so fast and responsive that I've been using it for more and more tasks. I can easily switch between multiple tabs, open and close apps, and even run Android apps. One of the best things about ChromeOS is that it's so secure. There's no need to worry about viruses or malware, and updates are automatically installed in the background. Another great feature is that you can enable Linux on your Chromebook. This allows you to install desktop applications like LibreOffice and GIMP. This is a great laptop, it's got a fairly fast processor, great memory/storage, and overall excellent for everyday use. It includes all of the usual google apps (sheets, docs, drive, etc) and it was *much* easier to sync with my android phone than my older chromebook was. I would definitely recommend this laptop for ordinary use - it is not a gaming computer, but would work well for someone using it for personal use, or even as a WFH computer.

Runs very fast. The battery lasts all day. Excellent choice for the budget. I wish I could buy another one for my mom but they ran out fast.

A very ergonomic form factor with a great screen. The build quality is very great. Couldn't ask for a better package for everyday tasks at a great price. Not having to deal with the Windows OS and all the viruses and bloatware is a plus. Overall, I highly recommend this computer.

I love this device. Good size, easy to type on, fast. I would like an option for backlit keys but this is not a deal breaker for me.

I work in sales and this laptop is perfect for it long battery life! Works well , for quick access to the web and writing few emails. Very light weight. I definitely would recommend for a student or someone on the go.

Really better than just 'good'. It's a powerful and (so far) tough little thing. It was configured to have all the necessary prerequisites for the Chromebook Plus series (8GB RAM, 64 bit operating System, etc.). My only complaint is the addition of the higher end tech caused them to cut some corners on creature comforts. It lacks a back-lit keyboard. Not a problem... I guess I'm just getting spoiled in my old age.

I bought this laptop for my son for highschool. Works great, battery lasts awhile.

Im enjoying this labtop!!! I'm not a big computer person, but it's really helpful. Plus easy to use with certain things that help you figure things out quick. I would totally recommend this computer.It's really reliable!!!

This is my second Chromebook since my previous one reached end of life. It’s a great machine. I use it for scoring bar trivia for my second job and playing music and it is great for that purpose. I had a different Chromebook with a bigger screen just prior to this one from another brand and I returned it after a few days because of slow performance. This one is way better.

Great product...fast...easy to use...lightweight...love it.

My old Chromebook needing replacing and this HP was in stock. It's bigger and oh so much faster than my old one. It doesn't have a lighted keyboard and I was admittedly a bit concerned about that, but it hasn't been an issue. It doesn't have a touch screen so I got better acquainted with keyboard shortcuts and after about a week, they come naturally. My old one could flip into a tablet configuration. I never used that feature and don't miss it on this one. All in all, after spending a lot of time on this new HP, I've very pleased with the purchase. KEEP YOUR RECEIPT. You WILL have to go on HP's portal and request the warranty start date match the purchase date. Not uncommon. Manufacturer's often start the warranty when it's sold to the retailer.

My HP chromebook Plus is working very well. I think it's a little faster than the others were. I've always like Chromebook it's faster, it doesn't reboot like windows and crash. I like the bigger 15.6 screen too the bigger view is better.

Use it daily. Had to get used to the full keyboard which pushes the keyboard over to the left and I routinely hit the wrong key by habit. Screen is great and I love the cover for the front video camera. Body is plastic though but well made with little to no flex.

Love the size and it's really light. Getting use to how to operate it is challenging but taking my time and I'm sure it will be great!
