Freezes non stop

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this laptop for daughter for elementary school, at first when i charged it i could literally heard the fan inside. Then on the first day of school it froze 5-6 times, so i continued on day 2 and i froze 8-10 times between 9am and 1pm. This is a no good laptop because i ordered a new laptop and this seems to be a refurbished/used laptop. Now when i called Bestbuy and told them my issues and that i want to return and purchase another laptop i was told that my coupons that i used on the first laptop i would not be able to use since i am returning the laptop even though it was no fault of mine. Bad customer service and no remorse extended. Now i have to wait until 9/17 to get a laptop in the price range. My baby have the use her little tablet for the time.
