A sales associate helped me to purchase this product. I guess he did not listen to my needs. I use it for YouTube videos and there is no storage really to speak of on this computer. I’m constantly having to delete in order to add. It’s great otherwise. Loads really quickly.

The SSD really makes this a fast booting machine which is great if you want to take on the go and run applications or stream. Since it is an SSD, there is not a lot of storage so keep that in mind if wanted to do work with music, photos or video.

This is the first computer I've had with solid-state storage. I knew it would be faster than a hard drive, but I didn't know it would be blazing fast. As usual Geek Squad did a superb job getting the computer ready for me. I'm a happy customer.

Laptop is fast for general work, word processing, excel sheets. Start up is very quick. The solid state hard drive is very fast. Could use better anti- virus. The trial period is too short. Does not give enough time to test it properly. Overall a very good laptop for the price.

Much lighter than my previous laptop. As suggested, I have found my connections are much faster too. It takes a bit to get used to the different screens, but I am getting there. Love there is also a touch screen option.

My wife and I decided that we each wanted our own laptops for work and personal use, so we found this one that was priced right (just over $400) and had the OS we wanted. This having SSD was a bonus, since it has fewer parts to wear out and it's lighter weight.

It's is sleek and lightweight. The touch screen is something I didnt expect obit was an added bonus. The keyboard is perfect andbthe buttons press comfortably. I'm super happy with my purchase and the price.

This is a great computer for a reasonable price. This computer is perfect for any home office, the touch screen is my favorite part of the computer, I love using the touch screen when I am browsing the internet.

First time at setting up a computer. Went well. Getting used to Windows 10. Touch screen awesome. Wished I could afford a larger screen but this is great. Can't beat the price. This is a win win for me.

I was in the market for a laptop to replace an 8 year-old unit that was getting really slow. The AMD Ryzen 5 processor has decent speed and I like the SSD. I didn't really need all the top-of-the line features of the $800 and up models, so this is a great in-between for the middle ground. Still lots of coveted features like touch screen. Set-up is simple and gets you on your way quickly. It's a good laptop.

First the price was quite compelling and the HP reputation is a good selling point. The picture and touch screen are easily used. Windows is functional. The sound is clear. Battery life is as advertised. Touch pad zoom is a little too sensitive.

I wanted my new laptop to have a solid state drive. SSD. I also wanted an optical drive. This has both which is not common at the price. It is very fast. Easy to set up. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought this on sale for a very good price. I have never had a touchscreen laptop and I adapted easily to this. It is a fast, smooth computing experience. I am pleased with this purchase.

not a fan if laptops but in desperate need of a computer for work and home business stuff did not want to spend a lot of money but still wanted a good computer was talked into this computer by employee and it was a hesitated by (only one they had in stock of the ones I was looking at) took it home it was easy set up and easy transfer of stuff from my old computer easy to work easy to use and shows no issues or stupid annoying habits computers have overall I really like it the first laptop or tablet I had that I like go figue

I bought it to replace an HP Spectra 360 in which the motherboard failed a few days over 3 years. I like a touch screen, so I opted for this HP. I loved the computer until it suddenly died after just over two years. The battery life was only 3-4 hours. I had used it yesterday morning, then plugged it in when the battery got low. Later I went back to get it and it would not turn on. The battery compartment felt hot and there was a humming sound. I'll take it into BB, but I don't have much hope. UGH!

I bought this computer for my daughter so she can start doing digital art. It is perfect. Runs fast, runs all her apps that she needs, has great graphics and was a fair price!

I went in looking for a laptop and once i was in the store. I was told about the ssd and hardrives. That helped me change my choice to a better laptop for the same price.

This laptop is priced just right. It’s very easy to use. I haven’t had any problems downloading. Very light weight also. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

This laptop is pretty fast for the price. I bought this laptop for college and so far I'm pretty happy with the performance. Only thing that irks me is the touchpad. It's pretty hard to right click and a bit annoying to highlight words with the touchpad. I had a previous issue that just resolved after the laptop did its update (the mouse was frozen and completely disappeared for a couple of days). Lastly, the finger-print reader could be better...Takes forever for the computer to read my finger-print when logging in; sometimes it doesn't read it at all and I have to enter my password. Overall, although these are just minor issues/annoyance-the laptop itself is pretty decent. I'm pretty happy with it!

Best laptop for the price. Speed and efficiency is great for basic laptop needs. Not for gaming or big projects but perfect for school and small business.
