This laptop performs better than I expected. I was not familiar with the AMB Ryzen 5 processor, but opening the internet and surfing is smooth and quick. I bought two for different people. One will use for invoicing in Quick Books Online, the other will use for viewing demonstrational videos and web browsing for general information. I would recommend this for laptop for general uses.

I must admit I'm still learning all the ins and outs, this is the first laptop I've owned so I'm comparing it to my old desktop. Those of you familiar with laptops might find an idiosyncrasy, but for me I am loving the portability! The graphics and sound are good - I don't have a reason to use Office and its components, nor do I plan on gaming with it. Keys are easy to use,I like the touchscreen. I'm enjoying it!

This laptop is awesome. It boots up so fast. I have never had a laptop with SSD (solid state drive) but I will never buy a laptop that's anything else. I am really enjoying this purchase and fast speed for streaming and online fun. The Best Buy associate was very helpful in my decision with making this purchase.

I bought this unit after comparing others of similar natures. I found this unit to outperform all others in its class. Keyboard easy to type on and it has a very fast response time. The screen is sharp and easy to read. I would recommend this laptop to anyone interested in this class of laptop. Very pleased.

Nice to have a touch screen laptop, but when I had issues with the battery life I was told this is a notebook and not a laptop. So something to consider. I'm not savy on what is needed for memory and I should have asked my tech friends. Overall it does the job!

This is another good HP laptop for light use. The low price was not because they were liquidating a bad model (e.g., not trying to slip in a slow hard drive)—it’s really a good laptop. It met all my specific requirements except one—it’s not native 1080i on the display. I missed that one, so VLC won’t play video seemlessless on an extended 1080p video monitor. It’s my own fault, and I’m using a different program that handed the different video resolutions ok. My first impressions are 4 stars, and will raise to 5 stars if it feel it is better than most for the price point.

I absolutely love my new laptop. I feel like I can use it faster and more efficiently than my previous laptop. The touch screen comes in handy when signing documents online and also scrolling through stuff. Not the best laptop for gaming, but for a college student, or a professional it would be perfect!

Just got brace enough to switch to a laptop after my PC died. Taking some time getting used to it and all the features I hardly know how to take advantage of. But the one thing I do notice is how fast it is and how easy to switch from the old PC and tablet to this lovely item. Hope it lasts forever!
