I bought this computer for work because my last computer was not up to par. I bought it out convenience and price at the time. Surprisingly I really like it and love the touch screen even those half the time I forget it is touch screen. I would say its a great buy to use for work or school.

Good laptop that has great speed when you you add a solid state hard drive. It is now three years old and I still have no reason to replace it. I use it for spreadsheets and programming. Good value for the money.

Lightweight just perfect for college students and touchscreen

I wanted something I could use for business but that could also be used for gaming. The BBY Employee took his time to narrow it down for me and give me what I was looking for. This computer is also able to keep up with data analysis and a boon it is a touch screen.

Freezes. Slow for photography use. Fast for one web open.

I love it! Very pleased with this purchase. I needed to replace my old laptop quickly for cheap. This laptop is so much nicer than I expected for the price. It has pretty much everything I wanted and the SSD is an impressive upgrade from what I was used to using.

Loved this laptop but had to pass it down to my daughter due to me needing the ethernet port to work for work at home and mine doesn't keep a connection. Purchased a cheaper HP in its place for work only but i loved this laptop along with the touch screen.

I've had my old laptop for about 6 or 7 years and it was time for an upgrade. Husband is in tech field and suggested this one. It's great! Never had a touch screen before and I also get to online game play without lagging. Its been a terrific purchase.

Good value, easy to use, love the touch screen. Only problem the screen resolution is not really good. And (my fault) although I LOVE the SSD hard drive, 120gb capacity is not enough for me. Get bigger! Good overall though.

The HP 15.6 touch screen laptop is perfect for my college sons! I bought two of them! We bought our first one last year & it was perfect for what he needed so, we bought another one when my other son needed a new laptop before going to college!

I absolutely love my new computer its easy to use and fancy touch screen. Videos move pretty fast and dont take long to load! The computer price even went down in the 15 day period so i got $142 back which i used to purchase the accidental plan!

This is my first computer with an SSD drive. It is much faster than any other I've had. My only complaint is that there is not a video program already installed - even though it has a CD/DVD drive. It says there is but there isn't. I had to download a program in order to play DVDs in the drive.

Got this to replace my old laptop. Has the new Ryzen processor, SSD drive and a touchscreen. Screaming fast boot, zippy processor, and decent video performance. What more could you want for UNDER $500? Highly recommend this laptop.

I wanted a laptop so I could easily use a computer in various places. This laptop fits the bill. It is not heavy and works fine. It is a very convenient computer and it allows me to research, type, or browse wherever I like.

does everything i would ask of a computer, and it does it fast. the size is just right for me.i always had a 17" computer thinking the larger screen you have the better it was. i was wrong this 15"is much better for me.

I purchased this laptop for everyday use and light work. It’s been amazing! I haven’t had any problems with this device at all! It had all the ports that I need and it has an amazing performance!

In need of a basic home computer. Sales person really good to work with, answered all questions at the "Dummies guide to computer" level! Happy with the screen size & is light weight.

HP always makes a great product. My only concern was the 128GB SSD drive I swapped out for a 500GB one so I can actually do work on the computer. Great computer though.

This laptop has worked great for us for online schooling without breaking the bank to buy it. HP is a reliable brand that makes good quality products. I enjoy Microsoft laptops over Mac.

I love the touch screen feature. It helps a lot with my 6 year old that loves to get on and do school work. Also for my new cricut, it’s so much easier to do my projects on! Very quick and fast working!
