The laptop is nice and like others the keyboard does feel a little on the cheap side. I do not find it too hard to read the letters or numbers on the keyboard like others do. I do get a few hiccups every once in a while, when I have a few windows open etc as I hear the fan kicking in etc. The laptop is fast and loads quickly when I switch it on. It holds a good battery charge and but nothing fantastic. I am having trouble with an older HP LaserJet printer I have as it will not print on both sides of the page. I think this is an issue with windows 11 S mode. The HP printer works great on windows 10 but not on 11. Screen is a little on the soft side, but it is ok, it's in the specs so cannot complain too much. I am thinking of going off S mode as it will not let me get updates directly from HP but only through Microsoft store etc. I have had several HP's over the years and this is a nice one. I got a good deal, best buy rep was wonderful and helped me with the price match online before I purchased it through the BB website. Thank yout BB rep.

It works for what we need it to work for! We are having a few issues with start up already, and it's been less than a year of usage. But it is my husbands computer, and I don't think he's ever turned it off. Love the touch screen, and it's not too heavy.

amazing laptop ! great battery life ! perfect for everyday use! checking emails, online shopping , love the touchscreen option . but dont use it much . most of the time i forget its touchscreen. overall i would 100x say get it ! worth the money ! had no issue with it

so far so good. The battery life is great, and i have really enjoyed the touchscreen. The screen resolution is great for watching movies. My biggest concern is the keyboard and keys themselves feel rather flimsy. But I haven't had any issues yet after a month or more

Very pleased with this model. Because the price was so reasonable we were concerned it would not meet our needs but find it to be better than expected. The speed is an improvement over our laptop that we replaced as well as the screen size and its clarity together with the battery life. Overall we would recommend this product to anyone surfing the net, creating word docs and ledgers, and storing photos.

Touchscreen is good, durability is good. I’ve use this laptop for two years now and I’m very satisfied with its performance throughout my work history.

Purchased this laptop for email, social media, and limited shopping on internet. Speed of SSD hard drive is amazing and processor meets all of my needs. Display is sharp and bright, and I love the touch-screen option. Good purchase.

I love my HP Touch Screen Laptop! The first-time setup was fast and easy due to great step by step instructions. Love the touch screen and the ability to find what I need with the touch of a finger. I would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone!

So far so good with this laptop. The touch screen works well. It is reasonable fast for what I need it to do. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the battery needs recharging after 4 hours of steady work.

I got this for my mother, and she loves it. It does everything she needs it to do very quickly. The touch screen is more of a novelty for her, but it works great. She really likes that it has a full numpad on the side, too.

Great laptop! Starts with ease and loads fast. I work remotely and on a network server. I haven’t had any issues. I have to have multiple programs open at once and it performs very well! Great value too!

Not the best SSD but very highly quality for price and if you need a big screen with a good price this can be the one

I got this on sale. It was a gift for my son who is dabbling on making music, videos, and drawings. This is a perfect size, price, and specifics. He will be hauling this around, so I was not too keen on buying something so expensive.

Perfect for my elderly wife with dementia. The touch screen is easy to use, the operating system and processing is fast for her needs and the large screen is bright and clear for her shows and movies. Lightweight for its size as well.

I am very pleased with my new laptop. i have never had a laptop before, and i am so impressed with how little room it takes on my desk, how easy it was for me to learn how to use it, how much it can do, and how fast it is.

HP does not disappoint when it comes to building a good computer. This is a good one in a line of workhorse computers. The price was a cherry on top. It has basically everything you need to stay on top of what you need to do.

This laptop has everything I need. The resolution is great and I didn't need to tweak it in anyway. Set up was easy and quick. Personalization was a breeze. Moving the taskbar from the center to the left was easily accomplished in the taskbar settings. The sound on this laptop is incredible. I don't need add on speakers. There are two USB- A/ one USB-C /HDMI are more than enough for my needs. If you need more, adding a hub is inexpensive. This is a great entry level laptop as well as a great product for seniors such as I am who use it primarily for reading and web surfing.

This item was on special, which make me cautious. It has great memory and speed, clean look and light weight. Great value !!
