Easy to unpack good directions easy to get started loading programs very nice keyboard great screen great color speed is decent directions were very good enjoying the new Windows program did not require any help setting up this computer

I wanted a laptop that had a big screen and be lightweight and this is it for me!!

If it wasn't so slow I would have given it a 5 star, but it is slow. Good thing I'm only using it for basic data entry, and not gaming or multitasking.

I expected worse with these being one of the cheapest 17" laptops. Picture, sound, wifi - all work well. Mainly using for business and will be using this for years to come.

This HP laptop has many features you will only find on other computers costing 2 hundred or more dollars higher than the cost of this computer. I believe it will serve our purpose. I also believe this computer should be an in stock item, and not have to be ordered when purchased.

I actually just fired it up tonight. I have had one exactly like it for about 8 months now and I love it. Light weight, amply fast and I can SEE the screen.

I bought this computer originally to telecommute and work from home. The setup was easy and I also bought the computer for the big screen, to mimic the one I have in the office. Now I also use it for Grad School, and it is not too heavy to bring with me to class.

Lots of storage. Fast. Like it a lot. Holds more than I have to store.

This machine doesn't bring lots and lots of fancy gadgets and features, but it's a good solid laptop for everyday use. Someday, I'll buy a touch screen laptop but really don't need one right now. It works great, no problems at all so far.

This is the third one I bought in the last few months. I originally bought 2 and then just bought another. That should tell you what I think. Great value for a good laptop. No complaints.

Got mine for under 500 bucks. Well worth the money. Had mine since July and no problems at all.

I did extensive research and decided on this HP laptop. Great choice, very nice laptop, very reasonably priced.

I'm not the person that's up on high-tech equipment this computer is pretty good. I love the large screen runs pretty good. The only thing I wish this computer had has a faster processor. Update and restart on this computer take a little while. Oh well such is life.

This laptop is primarily for my husband and his genealogy work. I use once in a while. He loves the portability!

Has most of the features I was looking for. I especially appreciate the numeric keypad. I wish it has alighted keyboard for work at night.
