Best Buy helped me decide which one to purchase and they did a great job. There were a few glitches with it but it really just came down to me getting used to using this. I love how fast it is. I have only had it for a few weeks so I am actually still learning about what it offers but all in all I love it.

It's a good quality and can keep up with all my college work. Being it's a chromebook it runs off google docs rather than word but the office 360 apps can be downloaded and used just the same. For the price I paid I would say it's a good deal and works well. Just had to learn a few quirks being it was different from my old laptop.

The build quality is excellent and the camera is good I would give it 7/10. Sound is 10/10, keyboard travel 10/10. Screen brightness 9/10, image quality 8/10. Definitely on the heavy side but in a good way. Look for this item as an open box item I got mine for $315 at that price it's a BEST BUY
