Great little machine. It is fast, compact and I love the look and feel.

I'm loving my new 2-n-1 convertible hp. The touch screen is flawless, the backlit keyboard is so helpful. There Chrome OS is easy to use and features many helpful tools. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this product to anyone looking for more than just a laptop. Being able to interact with the screen is quite convienient. Everything flows together so beautifully.

This is a really nice chromebook. I have never owned a chromebook before. It does everything I need it to. I love the touchscreen and the 2in1 feature. It's syncs right up with my android phone. The set up was super easy using my Google account. Has a backlit keyboard that has an elegant feel to it. Not to mention I love the way the chromebook looks. I am very happy with my purchase.

Wash out color but very good and stable. very responsive touch. the fan can be annoying.

Big upgrade over previous chromebook 14. Quick processor, nice screen.

This is not a MacBook by any stretch but for $399 it is more than adequate - I’m still learning how to best use - only issue I have so far is if you pause over a link it automatically opens whereas w a Mac you need to click on it which I prefer - Apple has priced many of us out w the high cost of their products so I as well as others will look for a more cost effective options for computers, iPhones and iPads etc. in the future

I was a bit nervous about switching to a Chromebook from Windows, but I'm glad I did. I caught this HP on sale and it's a great value for the money. The keyboard is nice, the screen is very bright and vibrant, and I really like the feel of the touchpad. I've been able to run spreadsheets and edit photos with no problem, so the processor is plenty strong. Just make sure to get a USB-C adapter and you're good to go.

Not too technical on Laptops or Chromebooks. It is light and slim, does not weigh and easy to carry around. I was in hospital and just started working with the HP Touch Screen Chromebook. I hope its not to hard to be able to manage and get all my information from my old laptop to this new and thin Chromebook

It was my first chrome book. And I wish I would have switched a while ago. Always thought Windows was it. But there is something about the Google system that is very easy to use and learn. You don’t feel like the wrong key stroke and your unit is all messed up. Love it. In full disclosure I did return it and bought the Google pixel just for more internal memory.

Purchased this item for our Middle School aged Son. Previously was using a Lenovo Windows Laptop, but this is a much better choice for today's students using Google Classroom for remote learning. He Loves it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fast, reliable laptop for their stay-at-home student during this Pandemic. Bought this when it was on sale for $369.

We purchased this simply for Zoom meetings and anything else that would be distance learning related. So far, it has performed well above our expectations. If fully charged, the battery will last an entire day as of now. One note, the webcam has a switch for quick shutoff. It took us a minute to find that when we were setting up the camera within the software packages.

Especially for the $350 Black Friday price. My wife loves it for the things she needs a laptop for, mainly streaming shows with a few tabs running in the background. It's snappy quick with the 8GB RAM and a really nice build quality, feels like a $1000 laptop.

This is an awesome Chromebook. I purchased it for my 2nd grader for schoolwork, but I use it as much as he does (outside of school hours). Screen is great, the tiny bezels make it look amazing, tablet mode is very versatile. My only issue is the limited availability of the USI pens for it (not a shortcoming of the devices, but HP's inaptitude fro supplying enough units).
