This is one of the best chromebooks on the market for the price. I couldn't spend a ton of money but really wanted a chromebook. It's been one of the best laptops I've ever owned. It is very fast and perfect for what I need. The extra bells and whistles are excellent! If you're looking for a budget yet quality chromebook, get this. You won't be disappointed.

We purchased this simply for Zoom meetings and anything else that would be distance learning related. So far, it has performed well above our expectations. If fully charged, the battery will last an entire day as of now. One note, the webcam has a switch for quick shutoff. It took us a minute to find that when we were setting up the camera within the software packages.

Just set it up but easy to use very fast computer. My wife loves it.

This is not a MacBook by any stretch but for $399 it is more than adequate - I’m still learning how to best use - only issue I have so far is if you pause over a link it automatically opens whereas w a Mac you need to click on it which I prefer - Apple has priced many of us out w the high cost of their products so I as well as others will look for a more cost effective options for computers, iPhones and iPads etc. in the future

This is an awesome Chromebook. I purchased it for my 2nd grader for schoolwork, but I use it as much as he does (outside of school hours). Screen is great, the tiny bezels make it look amazing, tablet mode is very versatile. My only issue is the limited availability of the USI pens for it (not a shortcoming of the devices, but HP's inaptitude fro supplying enough units).

Very happy with this purchase. Will be using it for classes and general web browsing, emails and streaming. Worked out of the box, no issues whatsoever. In terms of specs, the value is great - cheaper than a Pixelbook with better processor. Unless you are in need of a higher performance model to do work like video editing or gaming, this does a great job.

I usually use a windows computer but I am so tired of updates and restarts. I am not a big computer user, So when my guy at Best Buy suggested a Chromebook I was ok with that. I love my Chromebook, it is fast and I love the light up keyboard and it almost feels like a big Android phone which I am ok with. I am a big fan of anything HP.

Especially for the $350 Black Friday price. My wife loves it for the things she needs a laptop for, mainly streaming shows with a few tabs running in the background. It's snappy quick with the 8GB RAM and a really nice build quality, feels like a $1000 laptop.

Amazing laptop touch screen and all, very user friendly great price

I was a bit nervous about switching to a Chromebook from Windows, but I'm glad I did. I caught this HP on sale and it's a great value for the money. The keyboard is nice, the screen is very bright and vibrant, and I really like the feel of the touchpad. I've been able to run spreadsheets and edit photos with no problem, so the processor is plenty strong. Just make sure to get a USB-C adapter and you're good to go.

Love that the battery doesn’t die as often as others. Very easy to use.

Great computer - love the touch screen feature and the overall look and feel of this computer - the fingerprint security is a plus and the tablet feature is awesome that it can go from laptop to a tablet in simple move of the keyboard. It works well for creating documents, streaming, browsing and online shopping. So pleased with my purchase!!!
