Was hesitant to purchase it, however kids have been using it on a daily basis for their homework. Also, due to COVID-19, teachers now post online everything that they used to send in paper before. Kids find a cromebook much easier and faster to use, than a windows laptop. Big screen and good quality so far, highly recommend!

I really like this Chromebook. It runs very smoothly, has good battery life, and mechanically seems very solid and elegant. On sw side, the responsiveness is really impressive. Would be interesting to see level of performance a windows 10 machine would have with the same processor and DRAM configuration. I suspect it would be vastly more sluggish. I really enjoy using the x360.

When I purchased it it was fast (and still is), very responsive and everything I am looking for. I use it primarily for work... BUT it keeps semi crashing! I guess the nature of what I do with downloading so much to the computer itself can cause some lag. Geek Squad recommends me having them clear it once per month. Other than that I am very happy with it.

Love the touch screen and ease of accessing my apps. Great for students

works great, quick and efficient. i had originally bought the samsung chromebook and i had to return it bc right out the box it was having software issues. i exchanged it for this HP chromebook and i couldnt be happier. My daughter uses it for her online schooling and it hasnt given us any problems at all. i really do recommend it.

My 14 yr old wore out his old chromebook after 4 years of hard use, so we got him a new one for high school this year. I have an HP almost identical to this but not the Chromebook version. He liked mine so much that this is what he chose. He loves it. Good size to fit in his backpack for school yet it's not too small of a screen.

Fast speed, fits in backpack nicely, able to get classwork done much more efficiently.

I'm still in the beginning stage of using my new touch screen chromebook. It's just what I wanted and the salesclerk was very helpful with that aspect. I love the security features and that I can use a mouse or just my finger when using it. Also it is a great size screen. I love everything about it.

PROS: Laptop opens 360 degrees and can essentially become a tablet. Looks very sleek. The battery life is awesome. I mainly use the laptop to work online and have watched some netflix on it. It is great for those purposes. CONS: The mouse pad on this laptop is probably one of the worst that I have used on a lap top. For example, it is very difficult to highlight/cut and paste text. I use a separate mouse, so it solves that problem. The touch screen seems a little glitchy (sometimes I have to press on it multiple times to get it to do what I want) and it only has one USB port (which I use for my blue tooth mouse, so I have to remove it to save anything to a thumb drive). I bought the laptop for around $350 on black Friday and it is a huge improvement over the last HP laptop I purchased for $500 a few years back. Overall I am very pleased with it.

I bought this Chromebook for my grandson to use with home schooling during the pandemic. I checked with him today and he said it is working perfectly. I did find some youtube videos to show him how he can take full advantage of the features, I don't think he was aware that he could use it for more then zoom class room meetings.

Purchased this for myself to surf the net, fill out applications, and schoolwork. Set up was fast and easy. Sign in to your Google account, set up your preferences, and your good to go. This little gem found my printer with ease, the i3 chip is definitely the way to go. Overall very satisfied with my purchase.
