After much research, I Purchased this for my mom; so far it’s been easy to set up and use. Appreciate that it is light weight and smaller than other 14” screen units. Bonus the speakers are great and don’t need to be amplified. Additionally, Best Buy made the transaction quick and seamless. Thanks!

Great Chromebook. Love the touch screen feature. This laptop is such an improvement over our older one. It serves the purpose for a household member that only does emails and FB. and some online games.

I absolutely love this computer so far!! i needed it for college and it fits everything i need. since it runs android apps i can use microsoft and take notes in tablet mode with a stylus. the keyboard is my favorite part. i definitely recommend if you need a simple computer and don’t want to drop a thousand dollars. well done

Great chromebook. Great battery life and very fast.

I got a great deal of this model after Thanksgiving weekend and everything works perfectly. The ChromeOS also got updated from time to time and I can see the functionality is getting richer and better. In nowaday's world everything is on cloud so there's no need to have a large local hard disk.

This is an amazing computer. I love the light up keyboard which was an unexpected bonus to a great quality product! College work has been a breeze as well as virtual classes on this device. HP is the best product ever and so is Chromebook. The $100 student discount helped.

Our computing needs were basic, emails and writing papers. This chromebook handles our daily need without a problem and has the capibility to do all the advanced stuff, podcasts and such, when we get there. 20 tabs open without any slow down. User friendly and ready to go right out of the box. Would recommend this computer to a friend.

I feel like this chromebook is actually a pretty good one. The specs are good, the screen is good-enough, the weight isn't too bad. Overall it's a solid value. My issue is that screen has come off the back of the laptop lid, so I can actually see behind the screen. Mine is only a little over a month old and had basically light use on my desk. I haven't even left the home with it. It just started coming off one day. Unfortunately BB's return policy only extends to 15 days. I contacted HP, which is where most of the negativity comes from. I'm in my 40's, and dealt with several different companies as far as defects go, and HP is absolutely pathetic to deal with. Their support website is certainly not geared towards individual non-business consumers. After several attempts of getting it sent to HP for repair, since this is obviously a manufacture defect and within warranty, I'm giving up. HP is awful. So I just wouldn't buy this laptop unless you're going to pay for the BB warranty. Expensive lesson learned.

Purchased a couple of these for the kids to start the school year off, given they are operating with a 100% digital option. It was very difficult getting it, but that was because of UPS and not Best Buy. I am very satisfied with the purchase, the kids love it, and my wife uses it to surf the web as well.

Got for granddaughter for school. The keyboard feels like glass. The 360 tablet is versatile. It is fast. It’s a lot of machine and end should be great school assist for a few years. She looks forward to Zoom classes on her Chromebook. I may purchase another for my house. I like the built in security.

Great dual use computer with wonderful features, camera quality is good, I was able to pair it to my phone and send and receive text (samsung), to my surprise it has a screen shot feature, I love the alternative for word! I can work online and send out files and they can be looked at and worked on live in real time!! All in all great laptop!

I bought this Chromebook for my wife as her first laptop computer. I wanted to get her something that didn't require constant management like a Windows PC, but was still powerful enough to browse modern websites, watch videos, and compose documents. So far, the machine has proved very capable in all those areas. It took a little time to get used to the Chrome OS, although most things work like you would expect. The build quality is very good, on par with higher priced Windows laptops. The weight is a tad more than expected, but not too much, and actually helps to instill a sense of ruggedness in the unit. I deducted one star for the lack of hibernation; it sleeps, but can't write the memory to "disk" for a proper power-off deep sleep. Without that feature, the system will drain through the battery throughout week unless you actually shut it down. Thankfully, my wife uses it enough to catch when it gets down on battery power, and plugs it in every few days. She doesn't currently use the touchscreen feature, but it is nice to know it's there if needed.

Much better than expected, I have experienced no limitations and it does everything I want to do. Long battery life. Appears to be a quality well-made product and I have been giving it a lot of use since I bought it. Really like the back-lit keyboard.

This chromebook was for my daughter who just started her next chapter in life as a college student. She likes the size and lightness of this chromebook. It does everything she needs and has been the best equipment for her college education.

This computer performed great. It was very fast and did not crash on me. There’s also a gift for my parents. They are not very technical but they were able to pick it up very well. The only reason I did not give it a five it’s because I use Microsoft word and XL a lot and the web apps are all they can work on here.

I ordered online for curbside pick up. When I arrived the team was fast and friendly. The Chromebook was a gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves it! She loves the touch screen and the fact that it can fold like a tablet. I would definitely rate the computer and transaction 5 stars!

I have several Acer Chromebooks and this has a more premium build quality. The screen is brighter than expected. It was snappy and quick and handled my daily work fine. I need something more robust and can handle a zoom virtual background (not supported on any chtomebooks) so I had to return it. Definitely worth the money when on sale!
