This laptop has everything a college students needs to succeed in their classes. The touch screen comes in handy when doing assignments. I do wish it came with a stylus for the touch screen. I have had this computer for almost a year and i love it!

This chromebook has a fast processor, a sharp display, and lots of storage space. Only weakness are the hinges which at times cause the display to move without force being applied.

My chromebook was coming to end of life and Best Buy happened to have a great one on sale! Ordered online for easy drive up, contact-less pick up service. The HP Chromebook does everything I need it to do and is an upgrade from my last one with 2-in-1 (wider) touch screen.

I should have been more aware in what I was buying for our kids home shooting work. The machine works 'well', speed, function, etc. However, its a Google-Android device. It's operating system and software will not interface at all well in the MS applicational world, not good. It only looks and acts like a smart phone, its not anything close to a fully functioning PC that does not seamlessly or otherwise integrate with most applications, and other devices (i.e. printers). Should have understood what I we were getting and now I know although the processing and RAM on the hardware side was a good price, what good is the device if basically its a stand alone Android phone posing as a laptop computer?

The notebook is great very fast so many things I can do with it I just love that it flips over to lay flat I haven’t had to much time to use it working a lot so my grandson stay on it talking pictures and video chat with family and friends we like it more the the IPAD

Bought this as a backup in case we were doing distance learning but this became the first choice for my kids after comparing to the chrome books the school issued. Able to do enough multitasking and drive a second monitor while on zoom. About all you need in a student chrome book.

We bought this for online schooling for our kids and I ended up using this more for myself. Super fast. Starts up quickly. Great portable machine! Highly recommend. It is just a chromebook so you are limited to Google - but so easy to use and worth the cost for how fast it is.

Very well made and solid laptop and it performs very well with no issues. Having a Linux environment built in is also a great plus for those us wanting learn more about it. I am still learning about the Chromebook OS and layout but it is pretty straight forward.

Great for kids going to online school. My first grader figured it out quickly and it’s easy for him to use for online school. It’s good for simple Word type documents as well as PowerPoint type presentations. Very lightweight and easy to carry in a bag or backpack.

Very solidly built and visible high quality. Excellent backlit keyboard and above average battery life. Bought this for a HS Senior with intentions of using into college as well. Maybe a little overkill for HS but will work perfectly at the next level. Highly recommend.

I've never owned a chrome book and was concerned when purchasing for my daughter to use for college work. It has been a wonderful purchase as she is able to use it for all of her classes and has had no trouble adjusting to it being a little different from her last laptop.

Had the previous generation and gave it to my daughter. This is amazing. Tge fingerprint scanner and the thin bezel is a game changer. At 3.7 pounds I can work with it. Perfect for my studies. HP, you are leading. Bought a few more of a lesser value for my nieces.

This is the first chromebook I’ve owned. I really like it. It’s fast and easy to use. I don’t do much so it is perfect for me. The only thing is the numbers and letters on the keyboard. They are hard to see as the colors blend together. That’s the only thing I would change.

Love my Chromebook, easy to use, supports the android play store for most of the android apps. Still some things Id like to be able to do on it but with geforce now subscription im able to play a large part of my steam library on it

Great computer. My kids love it. It’s easy to use but the SD card dies stuck out when inserted. I purchased this with the idea of increasing the memory with an SD card but the fact that it sticks out makes that a bad idea. Otherwise it’s really great.

This laptop was my first big purchase in college as the one my parents gave me to start with started dying. I enjoy that it is touch screen and reversible, even though it’s an awkward shape/size for a table. The only thing I regret about this purchase is that there are hard shell cases for this laptop in 13in and 15in but not in the 14inch.

Got two of these as substitutes for a school issued chromebooks for my kids' distance learning, Specs are right, these machines are flying. Actually, I switched my kids from regular w10 laptops to chromebooks for parental control reasons: way more effective!

Top of the line Chromebook for the money. Unfortunately, I had to return it due to non-support of Office products. Even though you can download the apps, I was disappointed I could only go so far with both Adobe and MS Office. Works fast though and again was sad to return.
