Everything you should have in a laptop. Keyboard touch is great and you don't have to have 1/2 your arm on the touchpad. Screen is gorilla glass so it is almost damage-proof. Keys are back lit. If you are a google cloud user transferring from your old device to this takes just a few minutes. Fast to open and faster to close! One novel feature that is new is the privacy button on the left edge of the device. It is a very small button that moves from white to red. When the red is showing, it means that your camera will not show you. When it is white you will be seen by whoever is at the other end of the connection. You'll always know by the color of the tiny camera dot at the top of the screen. If white your picture can be seen by the person on the other end of the session; if red, you are hidden. Good to know on Zoom calls!

My kids love these! We bought them each one for their online schooling needs. It can fold back into a tablet when necessary. Hard drive space is not an issue because everything can be saved in the cloud which makes it easy to pick up where they left off with their work if the have to switch to a different computer for any reason.

Haven't had a chance to use it a lot as during the pandemic have been using a work laptop that is okay -- an older HP laptop -- but have to use it due to the way it's set up. I plan to convert this new HP laptop in the future so I can work from it. Love the touch screen

Really liked it when it worked. It totally lost its ability to charge after 2 years of use. Been told this is typical of laptops but still annoying. It was a very easy to use and nice computer before that.

After trying a few other laptops and as a Senior who loves technology, this Chromebook is the best, compared to the others I had to return for not meeting their claims and my expectations, also the price was right.

Since I've had it, it's been perfect for what I've needed it for. It loads very fast. It also uses the Google Play Store so you can download some mobile games on it. This chromebook is very good quality, and is more durable then quite a few laptops I've seen.

This chromebook offers great value. It can cover most normal work you would do on a laptop: browser takes care of 90% of the work, and Google doc/sheet/slide would be sufficient for office type of work, plus the cloud storage (google drive, google photos, etc.)

Excellent Chromebook! Definitely is a premium Chromebook for the mid range price! I've actually bought three in the past 9 months, one for myself, my 18 year old and my 9 year old! Great value and incredible performance and specs!

I got this Chromebook going into college this fall and it has impressed me very much so far! My only complaint is that it can get very very hot while almost nothing is running, I'm not sure why it is running so hot but it does concern me, especially regarding the longevity of the device.

I bought this for work, it’s a awesome computer it does 75% of what I need it to do but I cannot install software I need to run a work program. Not gonna ding the computer over my own lack of research before buying but very nice computer if you don’t need to install anything.

My Chromebook is a disappointment. Three days after purchase the camera disappeared and I had to do an online search to figure out how to add it back. Apparently there was an update that removed it but I got it back. I use both the touch screen and mouse and both give me issues. If I have several pages loaded in the browser and want to click out of one, I have to touch it numerous times to get it to close. The camera quality is mediocre and for Zoom or other apps that require it the appearance is very dark unless I sit right at the window in the sun. Battery life is good but it does get hot after a few hours.

I use it to do basic things and work-related things I've had no issues or problems thus far and it's beautiful and light-weight, very EZ to manage and transport too. Most of all it has access to Google Play Store which is important to me as I have 6 grandkids lol.

Really pleased with this computer! It is super fast and turns on very quickly. There are a few things I couldn’t use it for just because of the chrome operating system but it was bought for my daughter to use for school anyway.

One of the best Chromebooks out there for its price range HP really nailed it with this model 14c53dx i love it is like a Fully Loaded top of the line comes with all the bells and whistles BlackFriday special at BestBuy are the Best in electronics.

I'm in love with it! I bought this laptop for online courses, and it is very easy to navigate through. I haven't had a laptop in over 5+ years and this is perfect! It holds its charge for a long while, and its display is amazing. Definitely recommend!

Great laptop. Bought for my wife to upgrade her last laptop. For the price it’s a home run. Not a gaming computer but it does all the basic functions quick and easy. Hooked up wireless mouse and printer. Nice looking . Great laptop for price.

Bought this for my husband, who after a stroke is only able to use his right hand. Previously he was using a Tablet. This has made it so much easier for him. Large screen and lighted keyboard also help with his cognitive impairment. Sale price was a great deal.

I had concerns that a Chromebook wouldn't meet my hight standards for multi-tasking and speed, but I have not had any problems moving quickly on this Chromebook. Really, really pleased with the quality and speed of this Chromebook.

An excellent machine. Lightweight, 8gb ram, 2 in one, backlit keyboard, This is my second Chromebook and is a great choice for anyone considering an alternative to a windows computer.

This computer is exactly what I needed, but then again nothing is perfect. Although told I didn't need it, you still need, cleaners, antispyware and all that computer jazz, that you do with any other computer. Overall the buying experience, the computer is great
