pretty powerful chrome book. seamless UI. the mouse pad gets a little sensitive if you rest your hands near the mouse pad, but other than that im supet pleased with my purchase. super fast and powerful relative to other chromebooks ive tested out.

Very good laptop and configuration. It looks visually pleasing with an elegant design. I love the touchscreen and user interface which is very smooth.

I have been using it for school literally non stop for about 6 months now and its been great, honestly if you have a samsung then its just like using your phone but in laptop form. Its not slow and quite comfortable

I purchased this as a replacement to his previous chrome book. So far he loves it. The quick response and and screen size is perfect for his Google Classroom. It's a great unit, I just think it's a bit expensive for a chromebook for a 9 year old.

This chromebook is extremely fast . Much improved Chrome OS since last time I tried it and since you can use Microsoft Office, it becomes a nice alternative to a Windows based computer.

My iPad is getting soooo slow and I was waffling between a basic one that will be outdated soon, or the snazzy new ones that are too expensive. But I've also been considering switching to a Chromebook for a while so when Best Buy ran a sale I decided to go for it. With this I get a bigger screen and a keyboard I can use when I need a laptop. The 2-in-1 thing means I can easily flip it around and stand it up like a tent on my chest when I'm laying in bed and use it like a tablet. The backlit keys are super helpful at night. I've had an Android in the past and I use Chrome on my computer so the switch hasn't been that hard. Now I'm thinking about switching my phone over when I'm up for a upgrade lol. The only "bad" thing I've noticed is that when I play a big hidden object game the fan runs almost constantly, but it's only that app and it stops almost immediately after I close the game.

Initially this Chromebook was a little expensive but when it went on sale I had to jump on the deal. Excellent is what I have to say. Super fast and the size is perfect. Don't need much more than this with a Chromebook. The backlit keyboard is also a plus.

I was more than hesitant to purchase a chromebook because of the limitations I'd heard about MS office not being compatible. I was buying this so that my middle school daughters would stol using our other PC. Its turned out to be perfect. The girls have chromebooks at school where they use google docs for everything so they have mastered our chromebook. The dont need MS office bc they use Google doc and the one time we did need to print, we emailed the doc to me and I printed to out wireless printer from my phone. I haven't tried to install the printer drivers, but am told you can. Other pluses are how fast it turns on and off...no warm up. Overall good purchase

Laptop screen IPS color look good , speaker good , only one thing i don't like the hot air blew out too hot at the bottom and on the surface of keyboard when i just use laptop about 30 minute .

This is one of the best Chromebooks I've ever owned! It is very fast, and you can run multiple applications at once and it won't bog it down! I wish that someone would make a great 12" tablet alone. Until then this is the bomb!!! Definitely recommend!

This is one of the better laptops i have purchased. it is extremely fast, which was surprising due to how inexpensive it is. I have used multiple tabs and have no issues yet. All in all i recommend this Chromebook.

At first I wasn't sure if the Chromebook was the right choice. I made the right choice. We needed something for my son's homework. It is perfect. Connects to everything he needs. Long lasting battery, backlit keyboard. Just perfect.

Well built, beautiful device. Battery goes forever. Screen is little dark, even on brightest setting. I like how there is a type C connection on both the left and the right sides. Chromebooks are great for school and can do everything a student needs.

We love the new laptop, Chromebooks are easily the way to go. Just depends on what you do with them. Email, FB, Web, light word, excel, etc.. then get a CB. Inexpensive, and more or less secure and update them selves. Whats not to like.

Perfect for our 3rd grader currently doing distance learning due to covid. I couldn’t think of a better fit for this time. The fact that it can be used as a touch screen, laptop, or a table is huge. We highly recommend it.

A bit heavier than the Samsung Chromebook 4+ (and a smaller screen), but it works so much better! I carry it everywhere and I love the touchscreen and ability to flip it around and turn it into a tablet.

I have quite a few computers. My main machines run Linux but I also have some Windows machines. This Chromebook is the first Chromebook I have owned. I have spent a lot of time with it and I am very impressed. The keyboard and the touchpad are excellent for a laptop. The monitor is also very nice. The Chrome OS has a small learning curve for people who have only used Windows machines but once learned it is easy. Chromebooks are a delight compared to Windows machines. Updates are easy. No antivirus worries. This machine can run Linux apps and I installed LibreOffice. But Chromebooks are really machines made to work in the cloud with Google Docs or even Microsoft One Drive and Office in the cloud. It is a slightly different way of working but is very good for most users. I bought this laptop when it was on sale and I feel it is well worth the money.

This has worked wonderfully for my schoolwork! I use it constantly and its so easy to move around when I move throughout the house or to school! Its not complicated to use and I cannot stress how affordable it was.

I needed a laptop for traveling and this was perfect for web browsing, email, and entertainment. Well made and good choice for those who prefer the Chromebook operating system.
