Its a great fun device - fast and responsive. perfect for the school or college use. I gifted this to my niece who is in 9th grade, she is in love with this unit. Only con is the white top, even tiny scratches are clearly visible.

Good screen and decent sound quality. Use it for mostly watching movies and web surfing. One disadvantage is the weight. Quite heavy for the size but feel solidly built. Happy with this upgrade so far!

Bought this for the 10 year old to be on online school. I have a MacBook Pro that is 4 times the cost and I'm jealous. The screen is beautiful. The touch screen in phenomenal. You just can't go wrong with this device.

I fell in love with this unit in the store. Hate windows so this is a great alternative. It’s fun. Fast. And gives me all the basics I need for surfing the web. Set up was a breeze. Love that it is a replacement for my iPad too. It’s a great 2 in 1.

The latest Core i3 with 8 GB of memory--the fastest laptop I've used so far. Those things I've waited a bit for on a Celeron with 4 GB just pop up now. Everything about this machine feels good and looks good. And it was on sale, too. Very happy with it.

Was unsure of chrome book but everything else i have is android or google. This laptop is amazing. I have unlimited cloud storage so the internal storage isnt an issue. It's a powerhouse for business and work. Way to go google and hp

Christian book is very fast light and I like the way it integrate with my phone. If I get text messages that will pop up on the phone. I like the expandability with the SD card, I like having the USB C ports on both sides.

This is the first chromebook I have ever bought. It is working amazingly and I really like it. I basically bought it for my college since all the classes are online. I am not disappointed at all and highly recommend it.

There were not many laptops in stock at my Oshkosh store, but the one that they had was the one to get. It is really easy to learn to use and is lightning fast.

Even more of the same great features, as my previous Chromebook. Slimmer & lighter weight, than before. The only con... I’ll need to buy a different adapter or a whole new cooling pad (board), since it doesn’t fit this newer model.

This is a great laptop if you want something to web browse or use for school. I got this for my wife to upgrade her from an older 2 in 1 with an Atom processor. Unfortunately, ChromeOS does not support just any printer. I spent what seemed like hours to get it to print from our network printer. I finally got it to work through Google cloud print but support for that is being removed at the end of 2020. Then we realized that the Adobe reader app that is necessary for the type of work she does is not as fully featured as the windows version. Missing key features that are critical for sewing patterns. It has a beautiful screen although not very bright. Perfect for indoor use. It's a shame it can't do the one thing I bought it for, assuming everything would just work. Returning it and going back to a windows 2 in 1.

this laptop has been so awesome ! linux lets you download steam and discord so i can chat and play some games with friends, i’m also going into college this year and can’t wait to use this laptop to its full potential !

I have really liked this machine overall, especially it's solid build and fantastic keyboard. It's my first "high-end" Chromebook and I'll likely never go back to a Mac. But during this pandemic, just be aware if you do lots of Zoom and other video chats, that the webcam is absolutely atrocious! Being white, I look like Casper the Friendly Ghost in even minimal daylight, and then at dusk the low-light capability is pathetic. Also, not sure if this happens often on this machine or other Chromebooks, but I had (and still have occasionally after a Powerwash) a serious problem whereby the cursor just goes crazy, almost as if someone has taken over my Chromebook remotely, because all of a sudden the cursor jumps around and starts selecting things. At times I can't even click on power off and have to push the button on the side for an emergency shutdown.

Was a little disappointed to find that iTunes can not be installed on a chromebook... my first one, but it's crazy fast, amazing screen resolution and it's exceeded my expectations. Really happy and it was a really great price!

The HP touch screen chromebook does everything as expected but with a high pitched whine from a fan or drive inside. I really should have returned it day one for an exchange. It also will not connect to our printer.

We bought one for our daughter for distance learning. It worked so well, I bought another for my own use. She loves the touch screen since she uses Jam Board and other programs that requires her to write answers.

This is a great little Chromebook that will help us with virtual learning. Everything works great, and the feel of the keyboard is perfect. No issues with battery life or screen brightness. Overall a great purchase.

Excellent design with slick aesthetics, smooth, quiet keys and great screen definition and sound. 180 functionality is also a great added benefit. Machine is fast and processes apps and programs seamlessly.

We got this for my father and he loves it. Its a little larger than the typical Chromebook so he can see the screen and it has the backlit keyboard so when is using it in the darker rooms he can see the keys clearly. He loves it!!
