We were looking for a laptop for my daughter, and this one fit all my requirements. I'm an I.T. guy, so I didn't want any low cost Chromebook (e.g. small memory footprint, cheap processor, and a small screen). We needed something that supported virtual school for multiple browser tabs (including video chat), all the games kids like to play now-a-days, and streaming (YouTubeTV, Netflix, Disney+, etc.) For all these uses, a 2-in-1 was pretty much a must have and it's a very nice feature. For both a laptop and tablet, the 14" screen size is perfect. Not too small for a laptop and not too big for holding as a tablet. Even for the size, the laptop is fairly light. Overall, we are very happy with this product and it has worked very well in supported all our different uses.

We had an old Acer chromebook, decided to upgrade for distance learning. This was an easy transition for my daughter. The only con is it's a little difficult for her to open. Otherwise, it's been a great investment.

Coming from a advance Windows user, Chrome OS is really limited. But for its sleek and functional design, not to mention battery life, makes this laptop a good on the go device. The quality of this device is perfect, I kind of wish there was a windows version of this very device.

Great chromebook for all my needs. I bought it mainly for reading and tv. I have a problem with eye strain so I needed a better screen. I love the versatility of being able to use it as a laptop or tablet.

Love it! So easy to hook up and go. Touch pad for games, keyboard for biz. Easy switch. Great to watch movies as well. I stream Hulu daily. Super lightweight. Get a sleeve, it can be slippery. I'm a klutz.

I got this chromebook to work on website building and basic online work. It’s been easy to use. The only thing I don’t like is you can’t be logged into 2 google accounts at the same time, which means multiple steps and more time. It’s great if you work with apps.

Got this as a gift for my mom and she loves it. She isn't really good with computers but she was able to get the hang of the chromebook since it's very similar to a phone UI.

Best HP laptop i could have purchased for my husband .i was able to purchase it on sale .no lagging .loves the touch screen and the light up keyboard well worth the price.i would definitely purchase again.

Easy to set up; love the antivirus that comes with this device. The screen size is a little smaller than I like but the speed and features make up for ! I’m using this for school without any issues.

I am a former Apple customer! I love my new Chromebook! It is user-friendly and the software is compatible with most out there! Good price, good quality! I recommend the Chromebook without reservation!

I bought this laptop for my kindergartener for distance learning classes. Since it was a touch screen she learnt how to use the laptop pretty quickly and also makes her finish her class activities much faster.

This chromebook is great! It's fast and reliable. It is able to keep up on Zoom meetings and Google Meets without glitching and re-booting like some of the other cheaper Chromebooks. Very happy with the product.

I absoulutly love this computer. It does everything I need. Just takes some time learning how to use because of years using Windows. Fast and updates all the time. NO worries about if you have everything you need!

I purchased this computer for my son to use for his school work. So far it has done everything he needs it to. His school uses google docs so this works seamlessly for him. It will not have much room for storage, but for the money this is a quality computer.

I regret buying and then not returning this Chromebook. I got a great deal on it for Black Friday, and it had all of the specs I was looking for. The backlight is useful, the touch screen is great, and the option to use it as a tablet has come in handy. There's just one problem - the fan is on all the time now! I mean, ALL THE TIME. I cannot even open one tab in Chrome without it making noise. I cannot watch any shows on Netflix because I can't hear what people are saying, especially if I'm charging it at the same time. The fan will turn on randomly when I'm not even touching the thing (no apps are even open). The only way to get the fan to turn off it to shut the cover and wait a few minutes, then I can try again. I was so excited for this Chromebook but it has been a nightmare. I didn't realize that Chromebooks had fans, which is why I wanted a Chromebook instead of a normal laptop. I have very sensitive hearing and cannot stand the sound of fans. If you have sensory issues related to noise, BEWARE THAT THIS CHROMEBOOK HAS A FAN AND IT IS LOUD ALL THE TIME!

This was purchased to replace an older chromebook that was running slow. My son loves it. He says it is fast and efficient. He uses it for school work and some gaming. Very pleased with it.

I never had a Chromebook and was leary of it. You do need to have YouTube coaching unless you work with a person familiar with CB operation! It's more like a large cell phone for me. Fast and fun to use. Getting better at it each day.

Wow what a great light weight laptop that has all the bells and whistles you could ask for! Love the dual sided charger port so you aren't stuck in any particular sitting direction. Fast and reliable!

Bought this for my son to use for his distance learning. Has worked very well for him and he can play Roblox and watch his favorite YouTube videos without any issues. Battery life is good too.
