This is prefect PC for nongamers. It had plenty of power. Plenty of storage and sleek clean design. Went into store, nothing on display had enough memory... so our sales person deep dived on line and ordered this one.

My old windows 10 all-in-one computer hard drive crash and my processor wasn’t compatible to windows 11. I use my computer for home use only and this new HP computer is working great. It seems faster with plenty of storage space for me. The sells person help me pick it out and the geek squad setup and was able to retrieve data from my old drive. They explain the difference between windows 10 and windows 11 with me. They took the time making sure everything was satisfactory before I left the store. A very easy transition.

We purchased this so my wife can join Zoom calls easily and to take care of basic household records and it has done very well in those roles. Probably has even more capabilities than we need. I love that the camera can be popped up and closed down.

Would have been a five star if the keyboard and mouse were wireless. It's a great computer for what I am working on. I got it because it was touchscreen but to be honest I rarely use that feature. (The keyboard and mouse in the photo I purchased to replace the wired that came with the computer)

Just the right size monitor. Only draw back is the USB ports behind the monitor, I have to turn it to insert the memory stick. Otherwise perfect for my home desk work space

This computer works perfectly for my daily needs. It’s fast, quiet, and very easy to set up right out of the box. The screen quality is great, and the performance is smooth for studying, working, and streaming. I’m really happy with my purchase — definitely worth the price!

This ain’t the one if your are trying to stream or play games. For basic work from home stuff like zoom meetings or video meets it works well as long as you’re not running anything else in the background. The touch screen is great it has no lag when you touch it. I like to draw on it . I watch twitch live streams it don’t lag. I use it to day trade and it doesn’t lag. Only time it has an issue was when I tried to play video games on it. The game was unplayable. If you made it this far just buy it.

I was disappointed to find it did not come with a wireless mouse and keyboard but the system still works fine.

I am very pleased with the computer I purchased at Best Buy. I was told that John was the "expert" there. Yes he was and is. Great service in offering selections and finding a great deal on a quality product. The computer is easy to use, has great features plenty of space, storage and speed.
