Customers are saying

Customers regard the 24" Touch-Screen All-In-One as easy to use and appreciate its touch screen functionality. The performance and price are also frequently praised, with many highlighting its compact size and attractive design. However, some users have noted that the device can produce a low humming sound, and the placement of USB ports has been criticized as inconvenient. Overall, the positive feedback on ease of use and the touch screen outweigh the negative comments regarding noise and USB port placement.

Bought this as a grad gift for my little brother, since I also had a HP all-in-one that I loved. He really loved it, the screen size is perfect - not too big for his bedroom desk, but it's big enough for his various Steam/PC games and YouTube video editing. 8GB RAM is surprisingly smooth thanks to the processor, and also it can be upgraded if we really wanted to. Overall, we got exactly what we expected and paid for. HP hasn't disappointed me yet!

My Dell died, but it had served very well for 6 years. I looked and looked for a touch screen all in one. My new hp may be an older model with a Ryzen 3 (google it...), However, it has been a dream for us! Good speed, good 24 size, starts fast. My sweet wife and I are now using the same browser, EDGE, and I think that helps. Google chrome was giving me fits! I was able to get $50 off list price and two day delivery to my home. I did not need to drive over one hour to the local Best Buy store. The only surprise is that in week two the hard drive is 70% used. I need to off load some photos. I do recommend . I am a non- gamer. Just other stuff. Thanks.

Good computer, but makes an annoying sound

Good computer, great picture quality and size of the monitor, doesn't take up much room on my desk and I love the wireless keyboard & mouse. However, it makes an annoying noise (I assume it's the internal fan or something) that reminds me of a lawnmower running outside your window. I thought it was defective so I ordered a replacement and plugged it in and it made the same sound, so I guess it's just this computer, or maybe since it's an all-in-one, the guts of the computer are sitting right in front of me instead of down on the floor where you would put a tower computer. So, I just turn on music to drown out the sound.

The HP 23.8" touch-screen all-in-one is a great machine. Easy to install, fast response to commands and the screen is the perfect size. There is enough memory for all applications and access to apps is very quick. The quality of the HP is very nice and the cost is excellent. The value of this pc is outstanding. No problems with any of the components DVD drive, etc. I highly recommend this HP for the cost and ease of use.

I work exclusively from home, and like all-in-one PCs because they save space. I like the size of the screen on this model, and colors are good. The built-in speakers are also quite good. It was very easy to set up, and is very quick to start. This PC is decent, but the bluetooth is unreliable. I have new Melomania bluetooth earbuds, and had a lot of trouble pairing them to the PC. The PC evenbtually managed to discover the earbuds and add them to the list of bluetooth devices, however the earbuds don't remain connected. I always have to go to Settings and disconnect them then reconnect them. This never happened with my much older HP Pavillion all-in-one. I also don't like the fact that all the USB ports are on the back of the PC. And if I want to use wired earbuds, that's on the back, too. Pretty inconvenient. The wireless keyboard and mouse got connected easily enough to the PC, but you can't look at the keyboard and be sure that what you're typing is actually getting typed. (I'm one of those people who likes/needs to look at the keyboard...) I also purchased Microsoft Office Home and Business 2019 (for an additional $250) and I have had nothing but trouble with Outlook since Day One. Again, this was never the case with my older HP Pavillion (for which I bought Microsoft Office Home and Business 2016). I'm not sure whether the main problem is the software or the PC -- or maybe it's both. But this problem is HORRENDOUS for me since I send and receive so much email every day when I'm working. I can't afford to have Outlook freezing up, not starting, not sending and receiving, etc. And I really don't feel like having to waste my free time by repeatedly needing to contact Microsoft only to have the same problems (or new ones) the next day. So, overall, this PC is only so-so for me. Some things are very nice, but other things that are important for what I do for work are really terrible.

With the pandemic here, we needed a reliable desktop to help our 7 year daughter namigate zoom / Microsoft schooling. This computer has been awesome, has a big screen, easy to use and looks sleek without having to have another box (aka the old desktop units). We like it so much we bought one for our home office use. Highly recommended

One of the best computers i've ever had. This thing is fast and has a nice sharp and vibrant image on the screen right out of the box. Bought two of these and both are working great! I alay try to do research and find out what i the best way to go. HP has always been right up at the top for quality and value.

Overall, good value on your dollar. Easy set up, wireless keyboard and mouse work flawlessly. I chose this over similar units as I wanted CD capability. Display is awesome. I do have one complaint and it does get bothersome. All USB inputs are on the back of the machine, which means you have to tip the whole machine towards you to plug in a USB flash or camera input, etc. Might be minor for some folks but could be quite tiresome for others.

Bought this for my 70+ year old mother as she is retired and surfing on the internet in her free time. It is nice it doesnt have a need for a tower in the way anymore with this model. She also loves the wireless keyboard & wireless mouse. And it has a bigger screen than her old computer so this had everything she wanted in a new computer and easy set up and easy to use.

I bought my first all in one as I needed due to old on blue screen of death. I love this, so happy with it. Right out of box easy to put together and up and running in no time. Fast! Fast! Fast! I love the cordless mouse and keyboard that comes with. Ihave used it for a month and I have no complaints. Easy order delivered to my door. I would do it again in a heartbeat

it's a pleasure to work on my new HP-23.8" All-in-one....so easy to use, especially with the big screen. still getting used to the new keyboard and a good desk position to type on. I like the Bluetooth feature where there are not a bunch of wires all over my desk. The HP starts up almost immediately. I did have a few problems down loading my Android phone photos to the HP, but I finally got it done. Overall, it's going to be a pleasure to work and play on my new HP....thank you...

This all in one is very fast and responsive. Touch screen works well also. The screen is huge and the resolution for what we use it for is fantastic. We are just doing light home computing so don’t know about power for gaming or anything like that. Would be a five start review except the one strange thing was when we took it out of the box, it had someone else’s windows login already logged in. Did a little searching and figured out how to reset it to factory and since then has been fine.

Very good All In One desktop. I only use for basic functions of e-mails etc. So I have not gotten into all of the features. Very easy to set-up. System gave step by step instructions. Was able to easily set-up an old style printer/copier. With my limited use of all features, I would recommend to customers who are looking for a desktop to do basic home features at a reasonable price.
