This is only the second negative review I've written for a product. I purchased this because I wanted a small & simple printer. There is a reason this is an inexpensive printer. I can't seem to get things to print the size I want no matter what software I use (& I'm not new to printers). I would think this is my fault except that I've tried literally every combination of settings. The paper feed does not feed without me helping it and even with thin (65lb) cardstock I have to "help" push each sheet in one at a time after starting a print or the feeds won't grab the paper. I get banding in photo prints (even on highest settings and no matter what paper is selected). Cleaned, aligned and even replace the cartridges (with recommended) and still can't get a good print. I was able to print out a few labels but not without multiple issues. I wish I'd spent more but even being low priced this thing should at least do what it's designed for. I think the only enjoyment I will get from this printer is when I take it outside and reduce it to powder with a sledge hammer.

I bought this printer specifically to print photos at home and was sadly disappointed. The quality was very poor, even on high grade photo paper and it doesn't' do borderless printing (a must for photos). Considering my 12 year old HP printer that just died could do borderless, there is no excuse for a printer being sold in 2016 not to print borderless. Even worse, every print came out smudged from the rollers. It also over applied ink to everyday color prints, resulting in paper that looked damp. In addition, there is no paper tray, so sheets must be loaded from the top. This means that the height requirement nearly doubles, in regards to the space needed. If you need to put it on a shelf, keep this in mind. If you need a very economical printer for kids to print out school projects in color, then go ahead and get this. It is good enough for that. If you would like to be able to print nice photos, then skip it. About the only positive I found was that it easily printed on 110 lb card stock. That wasn't enough for me , so I returned it.

no frills, no thrills , very basic non Wi-Fi printer hook up to your desktop .its all I need

This printer I would never suggest to anyone. I have had problems with it from day 1.

Little disappointed. worked 1 day and then quit. have tried everything to get it to work. Don't know if it's my laptop or the printer itself. glad I got the extra warranty.

This didn't work with my Mac computer. I use the El Capitan OS.

Printer does not include a cable to connect to the computer/laptop; only a power cord. Unacceptable.

I hate these printers but need it for work. Every time you change out ink cartridges it makes you do and alignment before you print again. Cheaply made as well.

Item was fast the first use for 1 page. After that, it is slow. I been waiting 30 mintues to print 2 pages. The connection is bad.

I opened the box after return period and found it does not contain the power cord and USB cord. BAD PRODUCT!
