This printer does not offer wireless printing, which means you must connect it to your computer by a USB cable. Considering extra cost of the cable, $5~20, this price might not be cheap as much as you expected unless you already have one at home. I'm not sure how many figure out this fact before purchasing, but I thought it should be included. Right, this is not a fault of anyone, maybe a fault of my negligence, because I realized later that "What's Included" never listed it and Q&A revealed this fact. But, I wish it could be notified on the specification or somewhere customers can more easily figure out.

I just wanted a printer and this is what I got. It works nicely and is fast enough for home use. I much prefer the paper feed of the 895c however; that one feeds from the bottom front and drops copy at the same location. This one feeds from the top/back and drops at the bottom front. So far - so good!

I originally wanted a wireless printer but chose this printer instead due to its size and cost. I received my printer, unboxed and got everything set up.. only to discover you need a 2.0 USB cable which I NOT included. Why in the world would this printer not come with the cord needed to connect to a PC or MAC??? Absolute Ludacris! Now, I cannot even use this printer until I get the cable. Disappointed to say the least!

Walmart has an hp printer for the same price that included the cable. If it wasn't so much of a hassle I would return it. Instead I'll go spend more money on a cable that should have been included.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Though the printer ink cartridges (HP 63) is supposed to print some 195 pages but to my surprise, it hardly printed 100 pages. The price of a black cartridge is around 17$, so 17$ for just 100 pages is not worth it. Its just good to be used for occasional print and for any bulk either opt for Laser printer or go to shop which is quite cheaper than this. Will NOT ever buy this printer.

Stopped working after the first week.

The set up was fairly easy, and it printed a few documents I needed the first week of use. However, come the second week, it stopped working all together. Documents I try to print don't even show up in the queue! Maybe I should have expected this for such a low price. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!!!! Invest in one of higher quality and you will most likely get better results.

HP is not available via the phone on the weekends. Not sure how they expect you to ask for assistance setting up a printer at home while you are at work. The chat person was a fraud and I hope I disconnected in time. If Bestbuy won't let me exchange I'll throw it in the garbage.
