Bought this for work and it is so fast and works perfectly since my other one quit working this has been a blessing

Bought Open-box Battery life - runs for at most 2 hrs There is a touchpad left click issue for holding and selecting text. Clicking at the bottom-left corner does not work most of the time, while clicking somewhat towards the center of the pad works. BIOS auto-updated once already WIFI performance is good, not great, with an Enterprise-class network Overall, the PC works well with low-to-medium use Touch screen with third party generic MPP2.0 pen works well

The laptop is really good...and for its features in the price range...is one of the best out in market

I was looking for a computer to use for small business and with a decent size storage and good size screen but not too big. This seems to be really nice so far. I’ve had it for about a month now. I wanted something a little lighter but that’s not really an issue since I generally use it in a stationary place. Im almost 60 and The screen is a bit hard to read at times. I also like that the keyboard lights up if you choose to use that. I thought it came with a stylus but there wasn’t one with it.

I recently purchased the HP and I must say, this is one of the best computers I’ve ever owned! From its sleek design to its powerful performance, HP has truly outdone itself with this model. If you’re looking for a fast, reliable, and stylish computer, is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it to students, professionals, and anyone in need of a high-performance laptop!

I purchased a HP laptop computer, and then commissioned the Geek Squad to set it up, including transfering files from old computer and installation of software. The laptop, the data transfer and the software installation were fine. However, there was a significant complication in which I needed to communicate with the local Geek Squad staff to clarify something on the installation, and it was very frustrating to get through. When I called, the call was put through to an international call center and they had no ability to connect me to the people doing the work. The only way that I would have to actually communicate with them would be to go in person to the store, which I was not able to do at the time. It was very frustrating.

Excelente, light weight. Fast start up. Great screen view. Worth the price

This is an amazing computer for the money. I only paid $699, on sale from $1,099. I is super fast and has some pretty high specs. I am delighted with this purchase. Plus the salesman was very professional and expert and steered me right to this computer

My previous computer was a Surface, so I wasn't sure that I would be satisfied with anything else. I was quite pleasantly surprised with the performance of my new HP Envy, and have happily settled in with it.

I LOVE this laptop. Always been an HP girl and this does everything I could ever need. Not a gamer but heavy into office stuff.

It’s a good laptop is you’re going to use it for your basics. I’ve used to play some games with Xbox game pass and it handles them good. The light up keyboard is a huge plus.

I love everything about this laptop. I purchased the midnight blue but I returned it because of the fingerprints. The sliver doesn’t show as much. The Black Friday deal also helped. Don’t hesitate, it’s worth every dollar.

There are a couple things to note; its a suped up low end computer so the build quality isnt the best, the touchpad is slanted quite heavily to the left and after a couple months of using this laptop i have never gotten used to it. Not a terrible laptop and works pretty good for the price i got it for. There is one major complaint i have and its when the laptop simply refused to turn on. Thankfully we purchased the warrenty and had it repaired, although it did throw me for quite a loop cause of this. If your in a pinch and need a computer that wont stall its good for daily tasks. However if there is a sale and there are other laptops with similar specs i recomend just paying the extra 100-200 instead. Also battery life is not the best.

Everything is good except the stylus pen. The HP online sell same model,same price but include a stylus pen for free. Why the same module from bestbuy does not include that?

First one gave me a blue screen and never rebooted. But best buy exchanged and so far so good on my new one. Must have been an anomaly and I am loving the laptop for my business.

Came with all the bells and whistles that i was looking for like a lit keyboard and full flip into a tablet. Very happy with my purchase

The computer is designed beautifully and nice. The processor is saying 16GB but unfortunately sometimes hang or slows down with only few tabs of study and a tab of YouTube open.

I’ve got my comp and I think that was a best purchase I’ve ever had. Now I’m enjoying from watching a podcasts and doing my office stuff on hp envy 360 2-1☺️
