Old printer died and needed one for minimal home use, wasn't looking for anything fancy, just basic. This printer was on sale and I had a gift card, couldn't beat the price. As far as use, haven't had to yet but it's there if I need it.

Had a HP photosmart 1315 that worked great. Can't get ink cartridges for it anymore. I bought this HP ENVY 4520 All-In-One Printer. Great printer. Really fast printouts even at best quality setting. I haven;t tried photo paper yet, or the scanner function. It has its own WiFi network built in to print from a phone without the PC being on. To disable it from broadcasting its SSID, disable Direct Print (I don;t print direct from my phone). Five stars !!

The printer is easy to set up and performs wonderfully each and every time. Could not be better.

Afer purchasing a laptop for my college student, I was in need of a basic printer. The sales rep showed me and talked about the options at the store. Capabilities, costs, compatability, etc. This may seem basic for a sales rep to do but taking the time to have a conversation about the product and talking through about how the printer will be used was great. They didn't try to upsell me to a higher cost printer as I didn't need that and they supported my purchase.

I have used other wireless printers before and their connectivity was really poor. This printer has excellent connectivity - it is rapid and there is not a break in connectivity during printing.

I needed a wireless printer and didn't want to invest a lot. All my others weren't wireless. This looked and is just what I needed. Good home printer.

I am very pleased with my printer purchase. Prints fairly quietly and clear copies, also very easy to scan my forms.
