This printer is the easiest one I ever used! Easy to use & connect. Printed material comes out great too! Once displayed, it does not look big & clunky.

It was easy to install. I love the wifi connection from other devices other than our lap top. Convenient in every way.

Old printer died and needed one for minimal home use, wasn't looking for anything fancy, just basic. This printer was on sale and I had a gift card, couldn't beat the price. As far as use, haven't had to yet but it's there if I need it.

This printer does a great job all around. I’ve had zero problems with it so far and I bought it last year. It works best with the HP Smart App. I love the scanning feature. Saves me a ton of headaches when I need to save a document digitally. WiFi connection once turned on is very fast. It connects to my WiFi within 30 sec. Within 10 seconds once it’s fully booted up. Easy to print from my phone as well.

This is a compact efficient printer that was easily installed and produces great print. Great for my home use needs.

Afer purchasing a laptop for my college student, I was in need of a basic printer. The sales rep showed me and talked about the options at the store. Capabilities, costs, compatability, etc. This may seem basic for a sales rep to do but taking the time to have a conversation about the product and talking through about how the printer will be used was great. They didn't try to upsell me to a higher cost printer as I didn't need that and they supported my purchase.

This printer works great right out of the box! Connected it to my laptop, work laptop and my phone! Amazing color and with the insta ink program a real bargain! It does take a little bit to print bc it is inkjet.

I have been using this printer for years now. It works like a charm. Easy connect with mobiles and almost it is super easy to take print outs of any document. There is an offline mode too. You can email your documents to the printers email id (unique Id) when it’s back online it prints those. The cartridge also lasts longer and prints the total pages as labelled. A truly essential item.

This printer was easy to set up and connect to wifi. The paper is loaded from the front and has two sided print options. It connected easily to my computer, iPad and my Kindle. I am really enjoying this printer.
