I have purchased many all in one printers over the years for work and this one is definitely one of the best. Super easy to set up and connect. A great value for the money. Quality of printing is very good and cartridges last a good amount of time and I print a good bit. I did sign up for the HP monitoring with a monthly charge to get cartridges as needed but that’s still a mystery as to how it really works which is the only con.

It's fast, and it prints great color and B&W pages. It is hooked into our home router, so several devices print to it -- without a glitch! Set-up was quick and easy. I use BBY's replenishment system, which more or less works. I've learned to keep one spare ink cartridge of black and one of color, since it takes about a week for the replenishment cartridge to arrive, after the printer sends its signal to Best Buy. I'd highly recommend this product.

Talk about easy to use! Plug it in and go. It's small and quick and the print out is picture perfect.

I was shocked at the quality of this printer. My first picture was done on plain paper because I just needed something quick for reference. I could not believe it! It was beautiful! I can't wait to see what photo paper look like!

I’ve had this for about a month. So far so good. Prints quickly and quietly. Set-up was easy and painless. Would recommend.

The wireless connection with my laptop disconnected after a couple of weeks, but I was able to call under my Geek Squad warranty and have it reset. I think the printer's IP address "moved," at least that's what I understand. That said, if it happens again, I may just get a USB cable, but it's a shame that the wireless connection is not dependable. I get the impression that this may be a general problem and not specific to this printer. That said, the printer is fast, prints decent-looking photos, and is easy to use.

I was reluctant to switch from Canon which I have always bought to this HP but it came highly recommended by the person helping me, plus it was on sale! it was so easy to set up and use. I have the printer pinned to my task bar so it is simple to open and tell it what I want to do. Also, there is a lot less clicking and whirring than with the Canon so you don't have to wait so long for it to print. I haven't printed any photos so can't comment on that.

Love this printer, fax, copier,scanner. It’s wireless all-in-one , does photos very nice. Very easy to setup and use and very quiet.

Replacing another brand due to fading of toner even on new cartridges. So far, this has been a great replacement. Scanning and printing (single and double-sided) work without issues. Windows 10 workstations recognized the printer without any additional installs needed. Smaller form than our last printer too. We don't use the fax or mobile printing capabilities but they came with this model. We'll see how it holds up in the long run but it's been great so far.

I’ve enjoyed using the printer. It makes great copies. The only problem is I can’t locate the ink to refill my printer. It is a brand new item and not even Best Buy has it. Where can I purchase ink?

I absolutely love my HP 7855 printer. The printer was very easy to set up on my iPhone and MacBook. I have the HP Smart app on my phone and use it exclusively to print photos, documents, etc., scan from my phone directly to contacts, scan from printer, etc. Another nice feature of this app is the category for Printables. You can print cards for holidays, or just in general, print coloring pages, crafts, projects for school, etc.

Set up was easy. We replaced our previously older HP printer. It works for all my printing needs. Pictures look good. Prints from multiple devices(laptop/phone/tablet) no problem just had to up devices beforehand. I don't like the power off. It automatically sleeps unless you touch the shut down button on the touch screen. Touch screen took me a minute to navigate. I miss the feature where I could email my printer a document.

Easy to set up. Quality of the print is superb. I have scanned items with ease. Am very happy with this printer. Great price too.

I love this printer. It connects very quickly wirelessly and prints almost instantly. With my last printer, I had to sit and wait for it to print. The prints are great!

this is the second one of these printers I've purchased. First didn't quite make it two years. Continuously flashed error codes and had to be reset, then wouldn't even turn on. This one has performed flawlessly so far, doesn't need resetting, comes out oof sleep mode with a touch. I was reluctant to purchase the same one, but the reviews were good. Hopefully, just got a bad one the first time.

Needed to replace an older model HP Printer. This unit is more compact with all the same capabilities; print, fax, copy, scan, etc. So far the unit is performing excellently but have not had it long enough to give it a full rating. My other unit lasted for more then 5+ years. Very clean printing, and scanning so far. Easy to use and setup.

I decided to change out from the normally suggested Epson because I seemed to always be cleaning heads for readable black print. I like the quality. I like not having 4-5 different color cartridges to 'balance' since only one color and one black cartridge are needed. Only concern is the paper tray is hard to get to and after loading sometimes paper isn't recognized and copier gives an erroneous 'out of paper' message. All in all, I'm happy so far.

This is the first printer I have ever bought so I wasn't too sure what to expect when receiving this printer. But so far this printer has exceeded my expectations! It prints pages fast, pictures look incredible and best of all, if you download the HP Smart app, it will sync to your printer and help you through the entire set up process. Setting up the printer was a breeze! I would definitely recommend this printer to anybody who asked.

I needed a replacement printer asap since my previous hp printer went out. As always it was the print head problem. I needed a printer that would fax along with all the other features. Best Buy had this one in stock, so we purchased it. It has done very well for me given the amount of printing I do during tax season. So far, I have no regrets in purchasing this product.

This is my 2nd HP Envy printer. I really enjoyed how much I could do with the 1st one that I decided, when that one finally "wore out," that I would get the exact same model. I enjoy the versatility of the printing functions - paper or pictures, newsletters, homemade cards, etc., as well as all the scanning I have to accomplish. Those are only some of the things this thing is capable of.
