My wife needed an upgrade to her current system because it essentially died. We got this at a reduced price on early Black Friday sales. The laptop is powerful, boots fast (due to the SSD) and loads programs quickly. It is actually very light and the battery lasts really long. I don't really care for the color but she likes gold so... go figure. But it is a great laptop, I would recommend it to others.

Nice specs. The 13" screen is a little too small for daily use. It's lightweight and good for travel, though. The Function keys are very tiny to read and press. The covers on the USB ports are difficult to open and insert a device. The backlit keyboard and touch screen are nice. Haven't used the tablet mode so can't comment on that.

Really fast and absolutely love the graphics! I use this for school and the appearance is very clean. The only thing is the built in privacy screen that I definitely could have done without, but it isn't that much of an issue with me. The sound is lovely and so is the camera. The mic might be a little meh, but otherwise? Great buy. Any sale on this device is a bang for your buck.

I am not computer sabi and this laptop make it easy my job with the touch screen.

I had an excellent experience today with a Geek Squad technician. I did not write down his name unfortunately. Not only did he help me with the issue I was having with my wireless printer and laptop, he downloaded the hp printer app for me so I could manage the printer better. He was so patient and kind and took the time to explain things so I could learn. Excellent employee.

Bought this laptop for my mother in law and it's a good machine. I have had an HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 for 6 years and I bought my wife an HP Envy about 4 years ago and both machines are still chugging along and working well. That is why I recommended my mother-in-law get this HP Envy. Someone else had recommended a different brand but I convinced her to choose this one.
