This has been just what I needed to work remotely and Zoom. The keyboard was important to me. I work with numbers a lot and this has a reasonably sized number key pad.

I love this laptop it works great.You could Flip it as a iPad It helps in working and watching movies . And the screen touch works great

Pros Good display, Touch sensitivity is good, Sound is OK Performance is good, Cons The mouse track pad is worst than the cheapest laptops, it is hard to click and not smooth to move fingers. Keyboard is cheap and not good compared to other laptops

I got the HP Envy 15.6" touch-screen laptop. It has everything that I was wanting on a laptop. Touch-screen, back-lit keyboard, fingerprint startup, and solid state drive. Really nice.

Everything I expect in a HP and more. I run a few trading platforms and recently started gaming on this laptop. Top of the line quality.

This is perfect for small, intermediate and even will accept an editing program and run it, like I can upload videos to my YouTube channel with this.

I like this computer a lot. I love the 2-1 and it has good sound. The one critique is that that backlit key don't work well if they work at all

I was looking for a premium-built, powerful laptop for video editing and some light gaming and this most definitely did not disappoint. Perfect all-around laptop for school and fun.

I am not a technical person but I like the ease of use with the laptop. Mainly use it to surf the web and look up things. Pay bills online and occasionally buy stuff. I purchased it when my other laptop died on me. Hopefully this one will last!

When I bought this product I had intended on using it for school and light games it when I was only using it for school it worked perfectly but when I started using it for games I noticed it was running slower than expected so I check the details of the computer and it said that only 5.91 gb of the ram was useable so I trouble shooted it trying to use all of the ram and ended up calling HP support and I found out that the computer LIMITS the amount of ram you can use as a “feature” and the bios settings are so basic that you can’t change anything to make this “feature” go away. Long story short great for school not good for any gaming.

Bought in 2020 during Black Friday and lasted me just under 2 years before one of the hinges broke (and in turn the screen). This is apparently a common issue. There is a class action lawsuit over it and occurs to users (like myself) even from simply light wear-and-tear. I invite anyone reading to Google the issue before buying, you'll see HP's website replete with posts on their user forums. I used mine solely for personal/home use, maybe once or twice per week, and barely ever used it in tablet mode (folded all the way around). In any event, a laptop's hinges should be made to withstand normal opening and closing, much less a laptop marketed as a 2-in-1 to dual as a tablet. I implore anyone buying this to get the Warranty (even if you think "oh, but I'm really careful with my laptop"). Or just avoid it altogether. Overall, I still liked the specs, etc. But a laptop is only as good as it lasts. And this one doesn't.

Some days it works well and fast. Wifi cuts in and out making it difficult to get any work done. I’ve only had it for about a month and now it’s giving blue error screens already. Old laptop was more reliable then this one. Would‘ve taken it back but apparently I missed the return day by only a few days. How convenient to start having these problems! Wouldn’t buy another one...

PLEASE don't waste your money on this!! It has been giving me so much trouble, but I only really started using it after my return window was over, so I had to keep it. Sometimes videos wont play (both videos on my hard drive and YouTube videos, which will say "If playback doesn't begin shortly, try restarting your device."); sometimes the audio doesn't work. Sometimes it's both of those at the same time. Sometimes the response time is way longer than it should be. Once, the fingerprint sensor and keyboard stopped working after I woke it up from being in sleep mode, so I couldn't unlock the laptop, and I had to take a risk and turn it off in the hopes that that would reset things so they worked properly again. Right now, the buttons were not changing the volume (which has happened before...the last time it happened, I would press the unmute button, but once I pressed the volume up or down button, it went back to being muted) and so I went to change the volume with the cursor on the screen. First, the taskbar wouldn't pop up. When it finally came up, after I pressed the Windows button, the volume icon said that the audio service wasn't working. Please don't be like me; this laptop was not cheap, and I regret this purchase soooo much because I'm left with no money and a constantly malfunctioning piece of junk.
