We did a lot of research before buying this laptop, works great, nothing negative to say.

I bought this laptop to use primarily for college, with the intent of buying a PC for home use, but I have found that this laptop is of such high quality that after having it for about 3 months I have still not purchased, and don't intend to purchase a PC. I recommend buying this laptop as a certified open box and save yourself some money. There is absolutely no physical difference between the certified open box and a new one, and you save some money. I also love the touch screen feature. At first, I didn't think that I would use it that much but now it is like second nature. The only problems that I have with the laptop are that it sometimes hard to copy and paste lines of text because there is no left and right click on the track pad or the touch screen, and also the touch screen has sometimes zoomed in or out out of nowhere and takes a few seconds to get back to normal. But other than that I highly recommend this laptop.

This laptop is perfect for my needs. I am used to working on an IPAD and would always inadvertently touch the PC Screen. FInally with this lap top I can touch the screen and quickly delete messages or scroll to where I want to be. THis is much quicker and efficient.

Good laptop in budget.. have good audio and good battery life with hp styling

Laptop is very functional. Tablet mode is convenient but not for those seeking portability as it is much larger than your typical tablet. That is the price you pay for the larger screen which is a fair trade off. Love the speed and disk space. Overall a good buy.

The HP Envy 360 is everything I was looking for in a laptop and more - sleek, light, lots of memory, good sale price at Best Buy (100$ cheaper than Costco), easy to read light up keys, touch screen and 360 too! I love it, and it is truly the envy of the family.

I bought this laptop about a month ago getting ready for school coming up soon. I absolutely love the laptop. It performs flawlessly in all apps, games and streaming and I love that I can use it as a tablet too! Highly reccomene this laptop for anyone!

I love the screen size and my kids get a kick out of using it as a tablet.

My son will be majoring in computer science and is always learning new programs in preparation. He said this laptop provides the processing speed, memory, and screen size he needs. He just didn't realize it was as large as it is, but counts that as minor.

I was worried about going to Windows 10 but it has been easy and HP Envy is a sleek looking pc. It is fast and I am so glad to be up to date with this pc.

Returning student and needed a new computer. Replaced the processor and it starts right up- no waiting. Very light weight. Purchased the geek squad package and glad we did. Very helpful. I would highly recommend for school work and web browsing.

I am enjoying my new laptop. It is lightweight, has long battery life, and is very easy to navigate. I love the versatility of going from laptop to tablet mode. I would definitely recommend this model to someone looking for a low cost laptop.

My daughter need a Windows base computer for graduate school, receive quite a bit of help from the staff at Best Buys to make a selection. So far the HP Envy has been fantastic, great design, excellent speed does all my daughter need for school.

Had this laptop for about a month now, and like everything about it. Love the touchscreen features, and setup was easy, even for somebody like me whi is not all that tech savvy. Got the most bang for my buck, as i got it at an excellent price.

I bought this computer ready to start college. Unfortunately, every time it goes to sleep or about 70% of the time during startup the touch screen goes hay wire. After doing some research, this is common in touchscreens for windows 10. I got a hold of hp and they are shipping me a new computer, but it was a huge hassle to not have my computer for however the repair takes. And the warranty doesn't get updated. So, I won't actually have the computer a full year before the warranty expires. To be fair, if you disable the touch screen the computer is really nice. Its fast and capable of playing games and doing college homework. But I bought it so I could have touchscreen.

Worked great right out of the box. I like that it is a little faster than my old computer and worth the extra two hundred dollars. A little disappointed it has no disk drive. It could use a couple more USB orts and a network cable port.

This all in one laptop if perfect for me. I needed a laptop for school so I though on maybe buying a smaller one to be easier to carry around but it is so light weighted that the big screen became great for watching movies as well.
