    This computer did not last even a month before it was before the geek squad for repair; the same people who could not even load the replacement harddrive properly thus requiring me a 2nd visit for repair. This computer has been nothing but problems and was far over priced for what I actually got. Worse part, I saw a better computer just a few weeks later that had all the features I wanted for a better price than I paid for a problematic over-priced paperweight that has less features and isn't worth the circuit boards inhabiting its broken interior. I will definitely take a long time before I purchase a computer from Best Buy again.

    Couldn't turn on laptop less than two weeks after purchase. Called HP and they helped with issue. Having issues now with display going off every minute no matter how many times I change the setting. Had an Envy prior to this one and loved it. Not so thrilled about this newer one.
