    During initial start up, before even getting to Window's desktop, the computer crashed. The screen went black. I couldn't get ahold of customer service that night, but the next day the worker over the phone had me "hard reset" 3 times and did a lot of other stuff. After finally getting setup, the computer seemed to be fine, until about 2 weeks later when the mouse started "jumping." With use of the touch screen, mouse pad or wireless mouse, the cursor would all of a sudden jump to a different part of the screen. I couldn't do anything. The computer was sent off and HP repaired it, but I really wish I could have gotten a brand new one. I feel like I'm using something that is defective, worried that something else is going to happen.
