Good laptop one irritating thing

Hoping to fix sensitivity level somehow...

Seemed good at the time

My wife uses it to stream Spotify, work for her boss doing some sakes and admin work part time and some document storage. It seems to work very slow and sometimes less responsive.

Nice features & Lightweight

It has frozen on me a couple of times after I did an update, so I'm not sure if it is related to that incident. Overall, very nice.
