Customers are saying

Customers express satisfaction with the touch screen, ease of use, performance, lightweight design, and battery life of the ENVY x360. Many appreciate the value for the price and ample memory. However, some users cite a limited number of USB ports and concerns about the hard drive's reliability as drawbacks. The size of the laptop was also a point of contention for some customers.

Computer looks great in store, feels good, touch pad is very sensitive, clicking on things I didn't intend to click- And when I want to select, it takes a few times to do so. Motor is quiet, which is a positive. Recommend using a mouse.

Bought this laptop and ended up returning it. Booting up time was longer than my old laptop and no LAN only good for wifi. Wifi conection wasnt fast as its capacity. Overall, pretty much like tablet with massive hardrive and keyboard

I actually like this laptop a lot with a few exceptions. The mouse pad seems to be hypersensitive even with the adjustments and can be annoying while working in excel. At times it seems to lag in regards to process speed.

I like the laptop ,with one MAJOR exception... The keyboard is extremely sensitive with no way to adjust it....I finally bout an aftermarket keyboard and mouse, which made it workable.

I recently started my own business and needed a computer. I bought this one as I didn't want a Mac. The only downside is it does so many updates it drives you nuts. Also the search engine online can't be change.

Graphics are fantastic, when they work. Graphics card keeps failing, causing parts of the screen to go black. I have to restart it about once or twice between charges. RAM is great and tablet features work well.

First got this computer with the AMD processor and returned it shortly after for an Intel one. The fan runs a lot and the computer will lag every now and then, but it does work and gets the job done.

The laptop was for my wife, and Windows 10 is just a mess. She could not find her way around and ended up crying in frustration. The machine was also a bit heavy for a 'convertable' device,

My girlfriend and I bought this computer for her school work. She is an architecture major at school so she uses a lot of CPU intensive tasks such as AutoCAD and Revit. She upgraded to this computer and within the first 2 days, we were able to tell that it couldn't handle even the slightest of work from Revit. We returned it the next day and got a Dell and she hasn't had any problems. It is a good computer, but if you are planning on doing anything that requires a powerful CPU don't get this one.

    Manufacturer's Defect causes problem

I think the HP Envy laptop with touchscreen will be a wonderful product, once I get the replacement for the one I bought. Straight out of the box when I turned it on there were bright "bubbles" bursting at the top center of the screen. Googled the problem, said loose connection, so I tried several things, to no avail. Best Buy employee said definitely a defect in manufacturing. Only one other person she's dealt with had a problem with this computer. I pick mine up on Wednesday. Can't wait!

No problems so far but the screen is very jumpy. You can be looking at something and the screen jumps to another tab that's already open. Hard to get used to.

I got this computer for Christmas 2016, it has been perfect. I use it nearly everyday the battery is great. Tonight as I was typing a paper for a class my hard drive crashed and my operating system became currupt, not sure how this happens while I’m using it, but it did. Will probably be getting a Mac while they ‘work’ on my computer for 6-8 weeks.
