I should have reviewed this product online before purchasing. The cursor jumps around the screen randomly at any given moment. I purchased this laptop for school, and I have had it for a little over a month. I can not take my TIMED exams on this laptop because I don't know when the cursor will jump. When it does this, you no longer have control over it. I noticed this the second week after purchasing. I figured that the touchpad was sensitive and I needed to adjust the settings. After reviewing online this week, I noticed that this is an ongoing issue. So why would Best Buy carry a product that is defective resulting in a return purchase, and then charge you a RESTOCKING FEE for a product you have already spent $800 for! I am planning on returning this product. Buyers beware. The worst computer purchase ever!!!! I'm sure this is not the first complaint about this product.

Got laptop, had is setup by the Geek Squad, but haven't use it.

Had to exchange 3x because of light bleeding from the edge of the screen. Even though i loved the ecstatic of it, the flimsiness of the screen and inability for it to be black evenly across the screen turned me off. After the 3rd laptop, i went with the Samsung 2-in1. Much happier.

This PC has some very nice features although at times slow.

I purchased the same style and model a few months earlier seen this on sale and purchase it thinking that 12gb memory wouldn't make that big of difference than my 16gb but I was wrong.. The preinstalled apps and software drag it down and make it super slow.. I returned it

Keyboard very sensitive...Too sensitive in my opinion.

Battery use runs out too quickly. Love the backlight.

Purchased this product in November 2016 and it has needed service 2x for mechanical failures. The overall performance of the machine is very very slow. It takes a long while for it to boot up. Probably should have spent more for higher speeds.

purchased the HP ENVY x360 Convertible 2-in-1 Laptop & within just a couple of days started having issues & had to use Geek Squad... Geek Squad worked on it for almost 2 hours & then called me, advised there was an issue & to return it due to they were not able to fix... I am now on #2 & have now had Geek Squad work on it for the same issue TWICE...!! would hear a popping noise, then would have no volume at all what so ever... all this is less then 20 days... taking it back tomorrow (45 minute drive away from me, which is the closest store) with the report that the Geek Squad sent to my email address... this is just getting crazy... time to find a new model...

The laptop is only a few weeks old and it has locked up twice on me. Lots of issues when running Turbotax so not sure whether it is the software or the pc but it locks up when not running turbotax as well. Never buying HP again.

I liked everything about this laptop, but I had a problem with columns of pixels flashing vertically on the screen every inch or so. After reading other reviews with similar problems I opted to exchange for a MacBook Air.
