never ever again a hp lap top.....................

Battery is not staying so we returned it. Otherwise it is ok product

Will not sign onto my personal wifi. Took it back to the store and the geek squad rebooted it. Still didn't work. Worked with geek squad by phone. Nothing worked. Now have an appointment for a geek squad member to come to my house in person. Had it for 3 weeks and so far utterly worthless to me.

Havent used it yet because the capsules were not in the package

Was given refurbished one by best buy; i paid for a brand one btw!. Had to take it back and get another one. Wouldn't work. Took extra week, phone call to customer service and three vists to the store to get my new laptop. Ridiculous!

I thought HP brand was excellent. Boy, was I wrong. There is too much junk included with this computer. I regret buying it. Plus, it locks up all the time, and the touch screen doesn't already work. I feel like smashing it.

Device worked fine until 2 days ago when video started to flicker and system reboots at will. Stay away from HP consumer items. I've been in I.T. 30 plus years and HP has went way down hill as of late.

It has had horrible touch screen problems ever since I took it out of the box. The touch screen freaks out for several minutes at a time and completely locks up.

I had this computer for 3 days, it shut down without warning 4 times. The took forever to reboot. I only put a few apps on it to help with my novels and it crashed completely. I took it back for a full refund.

I have never had more problems with a computer. Not half of my info from the old computer was transferred .The 15 minute instruction from best buy was totally worthless.

I was very dissatisfied with this laptop. I had went through two, the first one my G key was stuck and the second one my mouse and screen quit working.

My computer had a glitch right from the start; had to have it replaced within a month. Replaced with same product...so far so good...

My handicapped daughter uses her new laptop for writing stories, watching movies, and checking her emails. Works great for her.

Somehow it takes a long time to start windows or run programs. The mouse pad is also difficult to use.

Doesn't hold a charge, screen fell off, sent back to hp for service after only having it for two weeks!

Slow processing, speaker issues and flip screen broke tendering unusable.

Computer freezes all the time. Doesn't boot up correctly. Poor decision to purchase this model.

I don't usually write reviews, but I just had write one for this amazing laptop. If you are hesitant on buying this laptop, just buy it, you won't regret it. This laptop is super fast and handles everything I throw at it. I play Steam games and Roblox everyday for a few hours and even though I have had this laptop for over 6 months now, I have not experienced any lag or slow down with the speed at all. Using the internet for researching is flawless, loads everything up within a second or 2, maybe a few seconds for pages that have a lot of things to load. Typing on it is super comfortable, I am a college student and use this laptop for every project and essay I need to complete. Shutting down the laptop is super quick, as well as starting it back up. The battery life is decent as well. And the display is also flawless. The picture is super crisp and clear, it always amazes me in how perfect it is. There are a few minor issues with the laptop though. The biggest issue is that the plug in to charge your laptop is on the right side which can be a little awkward and inconvenient at times. Also, due to it's coating, the laptop can scratch on the bottom so just beware of that. Another issue that I have found is the laptop does not get super bright, but that isn't much of an issue for me. The screen is very glossy though which does cause major glaring at times that gets annoying after while. And the last issue is that the laptop is too heavy to use as a full on tablet. Other than that, this laptop is perfect and I would recommend this to anyone who is a moderate to slightly heavy laptop user who is looking for a laptop to take whatever you throw at it.
