I only do basic stuff, and this meets my needs. It is much faster, lighter and thinner. Transferring my programs and data files was easy, as was connecting my wireless mouse and printer.

excellent computer for the money, it is fast and easy to use. I would recommend this product if you are doing basic computer functions, spreadsheets, bills, surfing internet, ect...

For a 2 in 1 computer, this HP has great memory, a large hard drive, long battery life, and a durable aluminum shell. May be slightly heavy for some, but overall very worth its price.

I enjoy using this computer. It was easy to get up to speed with it - I did have the help of the Geek Squad, though. However, I have had this computer freeze up at least 3 times in the past 3-4 weeks that I have owned it. I have not lost any information that I'm aware of, however, having to power off the computer by holding down the power button until it shuts off is not something I prefer to do. I talked with the Geek Squad the first time and they could offer no explanation for the freeze up. I have been traveling so I've not had a chance to return it. I think this is a product problem since I believe others have also had this situation.

The latest Core i5 with 12Gb and 1Tb of storage compliments each other for basic to mid-heavy processing needs. The laptop is beautiful and sleek.

This is a great laptop. While it is large in tablet mode, the extra screen size is great. It is large but still travels well as it is not heavy and fits well in a backpack.

I had been researching laptops(features, reviews and prices) for several months and then the Best Buy price hit my price point and I jumped on it, ---- ordering online and then picking it up at a local store. The device has worked beautifully from the launch through the present moment (approximately one month). I couldn't be more satisfied! I had purchased a similar HP about a year ago for my son and he had had a similarly positive experience. Display is crisp and performance exceeds my expectations (very little multi-tasking). Exceptional product, ... especially for the purchase price (approximately $650).

I picked this laptop after having an unsuccessful attempt at buying an open box laptop from my local Best Buy store. That transaction did not work out but the Best Buy employees helped me to select this HP 2 in 1. I really like how it is designed and the hinging of the screen. Turning it from laptop to tablet, although it is a very large tablet. I am getting used to it. The only thing that kept it from receiving 5 stars is that it does not have a backlit keyboard. I had that on the open box laptop, it was very helpful when working or playing late at night. Overall though the performance of this laptop is very nice.

To be fair, after purchasing this laptop, we switched to an SSD hardrive. This computer is very easy to use and really fast. My wife thus far is happy with this purchase.

This computer is fast and has a huge hard drive. It's very responsive. I've had for a month and no problems. I love the light-up keyboard and everything else about it!

We were looKing for a laptop that will meet our daughter's needs (speed, reliability, touch screen) through high school. She has barely put it down since she got ut!

I just needed a basic new laptop and really wanted a cheapie, around $399 ish. Sadly every one in store and online were sold out. Had to upgrade to the HP but I think it was worth the extra. Wonderful backlit keyboard, and touchscreen ability. It's basically the same as every other windows 10 machine but this has alpha numerics and is ultra slim. Graphics are superb and the Bang & Olufseb speakers are very clear indeed. I've only had the laptop for a month, but I think it will be useful for the next 2 years or so ( technology demands we change everything after this timeframe I'm thinking).

Love the touchscreen and sleek design. Love having 1 TB hard drive. I just wish it weighed just a little bit less, but the other positive things outweigh that negative.
