Super fast sturdy complete HP laptop for the price. Plenty of memory!! Lighted keys! Best laptop I ever owned.

This was ideal for my business. Good screen size, loaded with Windows 10 made setup and syncing with other pcs a snap

I don't game or stream. I most use for a home PC and music. Fast, lots of memory and after 6 months still love it.

I bought this product so that in the event that I needed to work from home, I could do so with this laptop. I use it very little but it supports the platform that I need it for and runs the programs with good speed. The keyboard is easy to use and I like the thin deaign as well as swivle screen in the event I use it when presenting to clients. I'm very pleased with the product and the guidance I received from the Best Buy representative the day I made this purchase.

This laptop is solid, fast and reliable. It's also easy on the eyes with a long battery life. I highly recommend it.

My mother spilled coffee on her old toshiba laptop so we went to Best Buy and she wanted to find something similar to her old one. Touch screen was a must as well as a big screen. A worker pointed out this laptop saying it was one of the best laptops and it was still part of a Black Friday sale. This is a good laptop in my opinion, the back lit keyboard is a good feature along with the 2-1. The caseing of the laptop is also made from a stronger material then plastic.

Relatively easy to use. Lightweight. Comes with most programs preinstalled. Great for a student or business person.

I have only had this laptop for a few weeks, but so far it is user friendly and fast responding to commands.

Great laptop. Smooth touch screen. Great spacing between keys. Good for multitasking with the 12gb of ram. I bought it while it was on sale for $699 so it definitely a great price to performance. Only issue for me was the track pad. It's not really a problem. But it has one smooth surface with the mouse button built in. So I would hit left click occasionally when Trying to right click. You get use to it though. Got a mouse for it anyways so problem solved.

I was looking for a reasonably priced laptop that would support my needs. The HP Envy meets my needs and more!

Great laptop for the money, no issues so far. bought for a student for school and has done the trick.

I used my old computer, with windows Vista, for many years and since I'm older I was hesitant to buy a new laptop. But this was very easy to learn. It is lightweight. Graphics are beautiful. It is of course much faster. The battery lasts longer. The only problem I have had is getting used to the sensitivity of the keys. I know as I use it more I will get better.

I got this at a best deal. The touch screen response is super and the laptop is slim with longer battery backup.

The computer itself is well built, looks nice and the display is great. But the hard drive in this system is so slow it made the entire system an absolute atrocity to use. I have 3 year old laptops that run faster than this thing. If they simply put an SSD in it standard it'd be a great machine. As is though, I had to return it because I felt like I'd traveled back in time.

This is a sturdy but lightweight laptop. It's much faster than my old laptop. The resolution is crisp.

Needed a laptop for so long and this was the perfect buy great memory and ram and love it's touch screen.

Great laptop for the price. I really enjoy the larger screen, but it is not too large. Great prices at BB so I added MS Office, 1 TB external drive, and an external Blue Ray DVD/CD drive. I'm not a huge fan of the cloud, and have about 70 GB of personal data, so the comfort of having my own backup is great. For travel, the external Blue Ray drive is great for an occasional movie or audio book. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
