I like hp's displays always bright and crisp. I5 seems to be sufficient, first i5 I have ever bought. This replaces an old mac book for my daughter, she loves the convertibility from laptop to tablet

This laptop is a little larger than some, but it optimizes ease of use as compared to size and weight.

It's a simple use and set up, and a very elegant and light computer! Definitely worth the price!!

Had to buy since very old computer died. Blue shirt was very helpful with purchase choice. Needed help with Geek Squad to bridge lack of knowledge but actually getting pretty good with technology. W/minimal instruction you can understand most of what's on computer. For older person would still recommend Geeks Squad for instructional lesson. Weight, size, compactness all good. Have found I would like one more port since I am a mouse user.

This is a great laptop for home or work use. Convenient touch screen. Battery lasts several hours.

My "3" rating is only because I had to return my laptop twice. I had to return it twice due to some technical issues. However, now that I have a good one, I love it. It is easy to use. I love the touch screen as it can scroll up and down easily. Everything is easy to manage, and I like that it has a keypad on the side. I would recommend this product.

I know longer need a whole computer desk. I can set this by my printer and no extra space is needed. I got rid of my keyboard cord, my monitor cord, my speaker cords and my tower cords. I love the size of the screen. I love that it has a number keypad (I do a lot of adding and subtracting). There is one thing that I don't like and I never liked it on laptops, the mouse. I would definitely recommend a wireless mouse.

Laptop was having issues, It was always sensing touch on the left side . But I took it in and its under the manufacturer Warranty! So its on its way to get fixed right now!

We did enough research to know that this laptop was what we wanted to purchase. At the store, the demo model allowed us to confirm the speed, reliability, and functionality of the product. Since bringing it home, it was a seamless process to setup and install all necessary software and peripheral devices. To date, the laptop is functioning perfectly and appears to be durable enough for a young college student.

My son-in -law who is an electrical engineer said the HP envy was a good computer and he was not wrong. The sales person at Best Buy showed me several different computers that were less expensive because I wanted to spend less. He said with what I was looking for I should check out the Envy and it was just perfect for what I wanted--solid state, lots of RAM and back lit keyboard. It was on sale so I saved $150!
