this was a replacement laptop for my wife as her old one was running pretty slow and was over 7 years old. This laptop is heavier than it seemed in the store and it seems a little bulkier too. The touchscreen works well and the ability to change it into a table, or tent mode, is nice. But it is not as light as my Surface Pro 4 by any stretch. But that is the tradeoff for the larger screen and real keyboard.

The gentleman at Best Buy was so helpful in going over the different laptops with me. This computer is the one he recommended and absolutely could not be more satisfied. This computer is perfect in every aspect-best computer I've ever owned. I love that it opens like a typical laptop but has the option of tablet mode and perhaps my favorite part is the touch screen. Highly recommend this product!

I did a lot of research I needed something that was strong and big enough for my office. And this a great purchase. I only have one isue with the performance - the screen while using outlook and moving form one folder to the other one takes a second to process and the screen goes black. Unfortunatelly I havent had any answer formt he HP support team and noone at the store was able to ID the issue.

I got this laptop for school and I love it! I can have 5 pages open at a time and it still runs fast. It has a lot of storage which is also great for downloading textbooks. The tablet mode makes it super easy to read without having to scroll, you can just swipe the screen. The only thing I don't like is that it's kind of heavy and a little awkward to move around but other than that, it's great!

I have the same laptop but 3 years old, I bought this one for a new manager because I love mine. Works great, the flip screen to tablet is a great bonus

When i first bought this laptop I was a little hesitant because I have gotten used to my old toshiba laptop that ive had for 5 years. I loved my old laptop and was always avoiding the windows 10 update because i didnt like the layout. However, now that i have this amazing laptop i have had so much fun with it. Plus being able to flip it into a tablet is great for so many things that I do.

I'm always afraid to get a new product because i'm so used to my old computer, but this one is GREAT!! Ask about any feature... it's awesome! The screen, the 360 display, the features, the speed, the quiet fan, etc. etc. My only complaint is it's 4-lb weight, and the speakers on my product specifically aren't working (but nothing a little tech visit can't handle i'm sure).

Good bang for the buck. Great screen, USB C, good performance. Has an M.2 port inside that you can use to add another internal drive. I installed an SSD on that port and migrated the system over. It now boots like a rocket from the SSD and I still have the 1 Tb drive installed for file storage.

This computer is what I wanted and expected from the equipment that was put on it. It is fast, starts quickly and loads pages without problems. I can have several pages open and it does not slow this computer down. I do not game so I cannot comment on if it would work for that but for my use it is everything I need and much more I have no complaints. Great computer
